Have any of you experienced random rebooting? My 5 rebooted few minutes ago when I was chatting on FB.
It has happened second or third time as far as I remember

I had a random reboot while playing Running with Friends an hour ago... Frightened me, haha... Black screen with Apple logo just coming up like that.... I have no other programmes open as I'm a bit OCD about shutting everything before I open others....

I am finding that every now and then, when I press the home or power button to turn the screen on (whilst the phone is locked) to just check the time, I notice that the location services arrow is present in the top right corner of the screen??

I have all my background refresh apps turned off apart from the weather app - but this isn't in the multitasking screen so the actual app isn't running.

Any ideas why the location services would be running whilst the phone is locked?!

Probably have Frequent Locations turned on.

Is there any way to disable push on tapatalk? I have them disabled in settings and program itself but I still receive push. It was ok until yesterday. Any solution except not using tapatalk anymore (or ignoring notifications)?

Just looked that up for the first time. It's a little creepy to see all of that data laid out in front of you. I shut it off immediately.

It was the first question I asked my wife when I set up her phone lol

She had me turn it off right away.

color and texture

I have always loved that the Apple programs have had lots of color and texture....now you have a white screen for the keyboard and a white screen for notes, and there is very little color anywhere...the notes used to look like a legal pad, which was kind of cool. The white, white, white is driving me nutz!!!!

It has done this as long as they added unified inbox. So iOS 6

No way (for me at least)...default account setting has been in there, but Apple Mail automatically switching from that account to my work or other account based on who I am sending mail to only showed up for me last week.

Can anyone else confirm? I would have been WAY more impressed with iOS 6 if this was true...affects me in such a huge way every day.

I have 2 main email accounts (more depending no where I'm working) and it has done this since iOS 6 for me.

I can positively confirm that in iOS 6 I had to permanently keep on changing my email account to send emails from, which I always found a bit tenuous....

With iOS 7 I do not need to change my account as it automatically does it for me.

Hmmmm....

You are not alone. Many people feel the same way.

You can now dismiss notification banners that come up. Simply swipe up when the notification comes in.
You can do that in iOS 6 (and before)...just by swiping on the notification right to left (or pulling it down just a little first and then swiping it up).

When working with Safari on both my MacBook & iPhone5 if I touch the multiple pages icon in the lower right of the navigation bar, it tells me which website my MacBook is displaying in addition to the pages open on my iPhone.

iCloud Tabs has been a feature since iOS 6.

I'm sure he knows that but he was probably talking about how in iOS 6 the iCloud tabs were in folder and it was only able to be access through the bookmarks section.

Now in iOS 7 the iCloud tabs are located in the Tab section when you cycle to the end.

I didn't know this until I did trial and error the day of iOS 7 release.

It was driving me crazy that I couldn't search for text on a web page in Safari. I finally tried putting my search term in the Search/URL box (DUH!) and scrolled all the way to the bottom of the results list and noticed there was an "on this page" category! Psyched to know how to do this and amazed at my stupidity for not discovering earlier.

I checked on the first page of iOS 7 forum but couldn't find a thread for battery life, so am posting it here….

It doesn't add any new knowledge about iOS7, but I am chuffed to bits about my battery life so thought I would share… The rate at which the battery life is holding up, I think it will go 2 days solid without needing a recharge...

By the way I have not disabled any location service or background app refresh or anything which people think drains battery life… This is on iPhone 4S…

You may want to turn off "Traffic" in System Services too. That sets odd the Location Services arrow as well.

Settings>Privacy>Location Services>System Services

I also noticed that deep inside these settings, the iPhone also learns where your frequent locations are! My phone has learnt where my home address is and also my work address as these are my 2 most visited locations!
