Apparently, when your battery gets low, panorama reduces to save battery. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1370966284.427292.jpg

Not sure if this has been posted. But I just found out if you're on the lockscreen and tilt the iPhone up or down the wallpaper moves.

*edit*

And it's on the first page of the thread, lol.

and was highlighted pretty extensively in the keynote.

Folders question: Is nine the maximum number of icons visible at a time?

----------

Music question: is there still support for lyrics?

Lyrics are still displayed (though you have to tap the album art first, and it appears to be a little buggy still).

When listening to iTunes Radio, in addition to tapping the star to like/dislike a song or add it to your wish list, you can ask Siri do to these things for you.

Yes the maximum number of visible icons is 9, and the music app shows the lyrics, but not very well at the moment!

New little thing: there is also a small animation on the left while playing a song.

Right direction...

Well... hope they'll make it better over time, since it looks like it was done too quickly...

It's not perfect, it will take some getting used to, but I think it will prove the point Apple is trying to make; They want the user experience as seamless and painless as possible. This update was very intentional and is a huge step in the right direction. A few months after the release, majority of us are not going to care how ugly an icon is. There will be more updates to come...just be patient, people.

Thanks! I was hoping you could have twelve as a compromise in their effort to de-clutter. Seems my iPod 5g's longer screen could accommodate it. Guess I have a few months to adapt my folder structures.

Follow-up question: Is the "create" button I've seen in some Music screenshots for playlists?

What does the Camera UI look like in landscape?

Everything stays the same except for the flash and switch camera buttons.

I've only had iOS 7 for a little bit but I must say I'm impressed. I was doubtful but I think when iOS 7 ships this fall it will be great.

Nothing special, it just turns the icons!

Thanks, I was wondering how they would fit "Video", "Photo" and "Square" in there in landscape. I take it they don't rotate?

Edit: msz7 answered this one, thanks!

people worried about being able to downgrade back: don't worry. It's quite simple. I played with iOS 7 for a bit but I'm back to 6.1.4 now. I used DFU restore and downloaded 6.1.4 from iTunes.

iOS 7 (UI wise) isn't as bad as I thought it was. Once I got my hands on iOS 7 and actually got to use it my opinion changed drastically. Now the only icon I can't stand is Safari, but everything else I've gotten used to and doesn't look half bad.

Have there been any improvements to the sleep timer... With ios 6 when put it in sleep timer the phone rings unless you specifically set it to turn off.

How about notification badges in the reminders app? In Ios 6 they won't show unless you do a hard reset of the phone.

Oh and one more thing.. Did they bring back wifi plus cellular??

Dynamic Backgrounds

They added two dynamic backgrounds... these change based on the movement of the phone but aren't just parallax... anyone have more info on them?

When you are using iTunes Radio does it know if you already own a song you are listening to and prevent you from inadvertently buying it again?

They're essentially animated wallpapers. The circles appear, disappear, and move in the background without any user manipulation of the phone
