They said something about only using the latest WiFi - I'm guessing that means it uses the 5GHz frequency which is only supported by iPhone 5, iPad mini and iPad 4th Gen and the 5th Gen iPod touch.

In that case, a lot of people won't be able to use it with their latest Apple devices since they might not have a router which supports 5GHz.

Installed iOS 7 in iphone 4s, the beta is buggy as hell! How long does apple usually takes between beta releases? I can not go back to iOS 6 so I can only hope for a new beta release.

One thing I noticed: now I can't put podcasts in music app. anyone knows how?
edit: I CAN add podcasts but then I can not access them from music app. The only way is searchiing for "podcast" in spotlight (or whatever the search functionality is called)

Usually 2 weeks but thats varied in the past.

DFU restore to get back to 6.

And I think you'll need the podcast app for that. Don't worry. It's actually decent now. Though I prefer downcast.

Podcasts have been removed a long time ago (since iOS 6?). Download Apple's separate Podcasts app or use a third party app like Instacast (my favorite) or Downcast.

spotlight is accessed from anywhere on the spring board rather than accessing it from pulling from the status bar.

i haven't ran into any issues even by accessing spot light from near the top

Notification Center - swipe down from the menu bar.
Spotlight - swipe down from the middle of the screen.
Control Center - swipe up from the dock

This is also true with slide to unlock - it can be from left to right anywhere on the lock screen.

Looks like I'm unable to download new apps over 3G. May be my carrier but just wanted to check: Anyone experiences the same?

Also I like the iMessage bubbles and time/status stamps showing affected by the momentum of the swipe. Very neat.
