Airdrop notification message frozen in lock screen

I've tried to receive a picture from another iPhone 5 by Airdrop. Some problem occured and the airdrop message is been shown forever in the lock screen ("[someone] is sharing a photo with you"). I've tried to find something to remove the notification, but I haven't found anything yet. So I think this is a bug! The notification list is empty, only the Airdrop message appears in lock screen every time I try to unlock my iPhone.
(sorry for my English)

At least for me I noticed that 'Do Not Disturb' function either does not work or does not display the Moon icon like it did in iOS 6. I have it setup to automatically go on form 22:00-05:00 but nothing happened..also tried manually enabling it and no icon either

It's on and working, it's just that the moon icon doesn't show up when the phone is active. When you lock the phone you'll see the moon icon, but when you wake it up the icon is no longer next to the time.

I'm running iOS 7 on an iPhone 5 and have been pretty lucky so far, really haven't experienced any major issues.

The one thing I have noticed, which I really don't like is that the vibration feature no longer works. The phone won't vibrate on notifications, texts, or phone calls.

In notification center have you check under "all" and "missing ? If yes try a network settings reset maybe that will get rid of it.

On iphone 4s vibrate works, atleast when you just flip to mute  i dont use ringtone + vibrate.

vibrate still works on my iphone 5. I updated from ios 6 to 7 never did a restore and havent had any crached or respings.

A couple issues noticed on an iPhone 4S:

- Notification Center Today View - I'm actually seeing my Exchange calendar from the previous day. Calendar app has it right.
- Occasional overlap of the signal/time/icon bar with old info after a transition. This seems to happen with the Bluetooth icon being superimposed with a larger version of the Bluetooth icon a fair amount.
- Control Center AirPlay box seems to hold old info a lot. When I got to my office I noticed it still said I was connected to the bluetooth system in my car which was a couple floors down. Tapping it brought up a selection box where the AppleTV in my office and iPhone were options and iPhone was checked, but the bluetooth device wasn't. Even after selecting iPhone again it still said the bluetooth device in control center. Selecting the AppleTV and then the iPhone cleared the status.
- Pretty big delay when activating the camera. Everything is a bit slower tan it was (which I'm sure will be addressed), but the time between running the camera app and it loading up, and the live preview activating is really significant.
- This is probably an issue with the backup/restore process but I figured I'd mention it anyway. I know all my email accounts were set to banner notifications and show on lock screen before I updated. Did a full backup/restore last night for the update. I was pretty sure (but not 100%) I was getting email banner notifications for my email last night. This morning my iPad dinged across the room because I got an email on my Exchange account, I pulled my phone out of my pocket and there was no notification. I did have the badge saying I had an email, though. I checked the settings and my Exchange and Gmail accounts had banner notifications/notification center/lock screen turned off, although my iCloud account had them turned odd (which is odd, since I never use that one). Somewhere along the way my settings got boogered, although I'm going to be paying a lot closer attention to it now.

Fun (not bug) thing I noticed: My Pebble is paired to my iPhone, although I haven't installed the Pebble app yet. In addition to the normal text/iMessage notifications that I used to get I've gotten a couple email notifications as well, although they stopped this morning when I noticed banners and show on lock screen were off for my Gmail and Exchange accounts. I used to get sporadic email notifications before, but they were pretty rare. It may be the full restore that's just gotten everything to a clean slate, but so far I seem to have gotten email notifications much more consistently under iOS 7. Even without the Pebble app.

Set Up
Phone: iPhone 5 – A1429 (Worldwide)
System: iOS 7 beta1

Update process:Restored iPhone 5 to iOS 6.1.4 and set it up as new.
Upgraded to the iOS7 beta1 and set it up as a new phone as well.
Restarted phone twice just because ..

In use: 1 day

Bugs and errors so far:
System:

Static buzzing noise came out of the iPhone .. WEIRD

Battery: Pretty bad battery life overall.
First hour 100 % drop to 92% seems okay but then it starts to drop
rapidly (~72% with 2 hours in use)
Seems to be overheating especially using apps that require an internet
connection.

Animations: The fade in and out when closing an app seems too fast instead of too
slow ironically. It almost makes me dizzy jumping between apps
because it fades in and out too quickly.
Push notification is too wide in the status bar?
(hope this is not a feature)

Font and Words:Words do not fit properly or overlap in some parts of the system but this may be an issue with the german language however because our words tend to be longer than their English counterparts.
Not fully translated yet, some things are still in English

Wallpaper:No default wallpapers unless you synch random pictures with iPhoto.
Animated wallpaper lag a bit (do not use it anyway > battery life)

Lockscreen:
Time and Music Control seem to overlap occasionally.
The new centered “unlock” is not very usability friendly, especially with
Control Center enabled. It makes it seem like you have to pull up
or tap to unlock instead of the swiping to the side we got used to.
The Arrow on top to pull down the notification center is oddly placed in
in general with all the other stuff going on up “there”.

iMessages:
Activation: Took a few tries to activate because the tiny slider would not move
which instead would crash the app. It started to activate after I disabled
manual time zone.

Using it: The app occasionally crashes when you send and receive something
at the same time.
Sometimes the sentence you wrote previously gets “stuck” on the
type field and you can write over it. Leaving the conversation fixes it
Text bubbles are lagging a bit.
Conversation box got cut off and moved to the side when you switch orientation sometimes. (Layout issue)
Text traces stuck behind the keyboard lol (faded away after a while)

iMessages do get synched between iDevices on iOS6 and my Mac however!
This was very important to me so *phew

Clock:
Icon: It is one hour behind the actual time

Calendar: No appointment indicator dot in month view

Reminders:
The “cards” of upcoming and finished reminders sometimes overlap.
Layout issue I guess

Music: Album art is all over the place in artist and album view but
shows the correct album covers when you select an artist.
iTunes Radio freezes the app sometimes
Music Control overlaps with the Clock on the Lockscreen sometimes.
Album Cover on the Lockscreen looks like crap, I hope this is a bug
not a feature

Phone: no issue so far

Photo: no issues so far

Mail: doesnt response sometimes (opening it again helps)

Weather: works fine and looks beautiful (one minor formatting issue with the
yahoo logo not fitting on the screen)

App Store: “Purchased” does not show anything
Previously bought apps show the price instead of the “download”
button but you do not get charged when you click on it however.

Safari: no issues so far

3rd party Apps:
Look a bit … but that's to be expected as they aren’t updated just yet (some formatting issues and old keyboard)

Viber: Took a while to synch my contacts
Black bar at the bottom (formatting issue)

WhatsApp: works fine

Facebook: works, few layout issues (when hiding posts for example)

Miso: does not work – crashes but it is not even updated for the iPhone 5
so I am not really surprised.

To sum it all up – the Beta works pretty good in my opinion. No complete reboot or system crash to the lockscreen so far. Only some apps like iMessage occasionally crash but that's no big deal. I thought the experience would be worse reading all those issues people have on hear.

Biggest annoyance thus far is the battery life which makes me kinda paranoid even using anything :D Lets hope beta2 improves on this aspect

I ak=lso had my phone heating up then went to settings and there was a option to erase all settings(not data and settings but just settings). I did it and saw the difference almost instantly, my phone no longer heats up in simple tasks and battery life feals like in ios 6 agian.( this will not erase any of your appd of photos or information).

One bug I found is after the alarm rings, it turns the alarm off even if you have it set for the next day. So i have to turn on the alarm every night

Does anyone have problems with non Apple headfones??? the only set that will work are the offical headfones.

Other like DR Dre doesn't, i have this problem since iOS 7 B1.

If multiple photos pinned to a location are available, clicking the pin only says the number of photos, you can't view all taken at that spot.

Photo Stream doesn't seem to work.

Voice Memos is gone.

Spotlight search/iMesage search doesn't work at all for me.

Least I am not the only one with a busted PhotoStream.

My live clock became 1 hours behind my real time after changing time zone. It was fixed upon reboot.

ah! I do have an issue, but I haven't tested it with the original iphone headphones

press to play works, but double press to skip and single press to pause doesn't work with my house of marley headphones

Chrome is not working for me...
I did a clean install but when i click accept and continue the app crashes, I alsto tried checking the sending usage statistics button but no dice.

edit: neverming... a reboot fixed it =P. rebooting seems to fix lots of things in this beta.

Not sure if this is a bug or Apple simply pulling it, but when I went into the Music App, iTunes Radio was there. When I clicked on Listen Now>. It said something about Not available at the Moment. I quit the App and when I came back to it later it wasn't even there. Whenever I check it isn't there.
Don't know if this makes a difference, but I'm in the UK. Maybe Apple are rolling it out slowly and in increments to reduce errors or bugs or whatever.

I've noticed some calendar items don't show on the thumbnail of the calendar in Today view - although they are on the top "next app" bit

Not sure whether this has been posted yet, but I've fund an interesting bug, or possibly even a future feature. When I had an app in landscape mode and pressed the home button, my icons retained their normal layout, but the status bar was in a landscape format. Possibly a landscape home screen in the future?

Runs fine on my iPhone 5 here; 7 hours and at 74%. I did disable weather & stocks running in the background but ('Background App Refresh').

Think it was a bug, not a feature they will be implementing. But you do now have multitasking and control centre in landscape. See:

I have had that happen a few times in iOS 6.

i did that :( but its getting hot as soon as i use anything web related. did u do anything special like resetting everything in the settings panel like someone else on here suggested?

Two bugs for me:

  • Wallpaper sometimes goes to iPhone 4 resolution on my iPhone 5, leaving black borders. I'll screen grab next time this happens
  • Podcast app cannot manually download episodes

iCloud mail issue

Has anyone found the control to limit how far back the phone will synch e-mail messages from iCloud? it doesnt appear in my control options in iOS 7 as it did in 6. Exchange still has the option there, but icloud and aol no longer do.

Also Twitterrific has stopped working.

Other than that I have had very minor annoyances. No complaints for a first beta.

I have an iPhone 4s and i've encountered a few problems/bugs.

- Whatsapp typing bar disappears but reappears after tapping the screen
- Status bar sometimes overlap e.g. when just having unlocked the phone
- The wallpaper doesn't run smoothly
- Skype crashes as soon as you log in
- Instagram laggs a bit and sometimes the pictures just turn grey. In addition it also crashes sometimes.
