I couldn't get the 5 minute passcode lock to work either. Also, the passcode portion in Settings is very laggy.

I've always had mine set to require a passcode after 1 minute but it was failing frequently. Setting it to immediately seems to have resolved it for me.

Noticed tonight that I don't get message tones when I'm on a phone call. The notifications appear on my screen though. I suppose to some this might be an enhancement.

Quick question,
For those users that currently have iOS7 Beta 1, but aren't a part of the iOS Developer program (Have not paid the $99), what is the danger of submitting actual bugs (As in, actual bugs that are hindering the usage of the device, not simple problems such as the icons need to be changed, actual problems) to Apple. I'm registered, like I am able to sign in and get access to the bug report, but I'm not a paid developer so I can't get iOS7 Beta 1 officially through Apple.

Anyone else having issues uploading songs into your iPhone from iTunes? Everytime I try to that, iTunes is stuck at Updating Files on my iPhone Preparing to Update.

Since folders now take unlimited apps, I reduced my folders by putting a lot of similar apps in the same folders.

After iTunes sync all my apps are now out of their respective folders and on the home screen pages.

Brightness is a little crazy, at times when it should be bright so i can see the screen it, isn't. And when it should be darker so I'm not blinded it, isn't. And using the brightness settings wouldn't change it till i locked the screen.

*new day*

Unlocked the screen, didn't touch till it dimmed, then it wouldn't brighten up again. Settings didn't change it. Lock/Unlock fixed it.

I'm not sure this is bug or i'm doing something wrong..

I have two emails set up (work and personal) and I can't set up a unique notification sound for each. Initially, I restored from a backup and they still had their own alert.

I just set up as new phone and I cannot figure this out. Bug?

I turned off Push and haven't had a reboot since, (was getting around 6 a day) no idea if it's connected but just thought I'd share it. I also found the call forwarding icon would appear after every reboot so I sent my wife's number to activate it, went back to the home screen then back in and turned off call forwarding, worked fine.

Reminders is completely stuck on me, quitting the app, powering iphone on and off doesn't help. The only way I could add a Reminder was through Siri. Othe than that everything is working fine.

I have two events coming up tonight in my Apple calendar but they aren't showing in the notification centre. If I swipe down, I see the times 15:00-18:00 (weird, doesn't it usually show around 8 hours?). But it isn't showing the start of my first event at 17:00 until 19:00. Do I have to enable anything?

Interestingly, under the time and weather information, it states "The first thing on your calendar today is "x", at 17:00.

Post any problems you experience below.
I had not seen a dedicated thread for this and I know it happens every beta. :D

Happy testing!

Bugs:
-Phone app. Voicemail tab causing freezing. Text on voicemails are over lapping.
-Settings app. Brightness & Wallpaper wrong lock screen preview.
-Settings app. Notification Center. Does not show preview of Alert Styles.
-Settings app. Wrong app icon for: App Store, Contacts, Calendars, and iTunes Store. (also in iCloud backup tab it does not have an app icon for mail.) (More wrong icons in Restrictions: Camera, FaceTime, iTunes, Siri.)
-Settings app. Restrictions. Keypad for passcode is light grey, hard to see.
-Videos app. Many bugs. Inverting colors, Freezing, Crashing, disappearing episodes.
Messages app. Deleting a text within a conversation crashes it.
-Lockscreen. Clock will overlap music controls.

Can you add to your first post an APPs section which lists apps that do not function. I know there are several and although not directly an iOS 7 bug, it will let users know what to be aware of when upgrading.

The APPs I know don't work are:
Ebay (Locks at splash screen)
Tap Defense (Can't close the initial pop-up ad.)

I have got Netflix and Spotify to work.

And here are some bugs:
Sometimes confirmation button and popup windows will be invisible or not respond to touches. Closing/killing apps and retrying will sometimes work.
Many apps randomly crash. Especially on first launch.
Personal Hotspot, if you change your password you can not exit the screen, you have to kill the setting app.
Settings app, many of the settings to not refresh after being changed. Example, go to Settings, general, notice the auto lock timeout. Go change it and go back to general, your autolock timeout label does not refresh with the new value. This happens throughout settings app.

With a folder on the dock, moving an app to the second page of the folder forces respring.

Occasionally images sent via iMessage are slightly off center to the right.

Go home, iOS7, youre drunk

Does this happen to anyone else? Really bothers the crap out of me. Any way to fix this?

yeah that happens to me as well. Annoying, but its a beta so I just expect issues.

Album art won't update in the lock screen either. Also I can't create a playlist from the app.

Also no more ratings system. Which is how I would organize my songs haha.

BUT its the beta so I'm alright with it.

----------

Also the Radio option must not be available in Canada because its not in my list at the bottom like yours. :(

I guess I just don't understand this I-gotta-have-the-beta-first thing.

Non-devs download the OS so they can have the first look (cool:cool:).

Then, when it acts like a beta, they get upset that it acts like a beta, and then feel justified in dumping on the OS as a whole.

What am I missing here...because it seems that this is...er...not sensible!

And that can't possibly be the case...right!?

Radio is limited to the U.S. right now.

I can't believe that kind of stuff happens, especially on a beta release.
Oh please. I stated it was annoying, not that Apple should fix it immediately and feel bad for inconveniencing me tenfold.

If there was a way to get around it/fix it, I wanted to know. Driving and having to read artists vs just recognizing the album art is getting dangerous :p

I've suddenly got 3.4 GB of "other" taking up my memory. Anyone else have that issue?

Yep. Same issue. My phone also loses storage over the week. Goes from about 3gb of free space to 0. Only thing that fixes it is a restore.

That used to happen to me in iOS6. Never understood why it happened, and it was always super random.
