When i see these replies i think they won't release the public beta this time around, and maybe it's better that way..

I'm reading a lot of comments on how bad this beta is performing.. I have gotten no such issues. This has been the most stable beta program I have ever participated in. iOS 8 was barely useable until beta 4. I personally like going through the OS and finding bugs to submit to Apple, but I have seriously found none other than the top bar remaining in landscape mode and the occasional bug like the unrounded battery icon. I'm hoping iOS 9 will be the best iOS release to date since iOS 8 didn't live up to the hype!

Does Beta 3 improve the Photo Library picker performance (with a 40,000+ iCloud Photo Library it takes nearly 10 seconds to open the picker)?

good beta, general use performance is a little better, my most ****** & useless app, grindr, actually works fine & doesnt have that invisible message cut off bug it had with beta 2. all other apps that worked on beta 2 still work now, battery within normal limits so far..camera from lock screen is fine, the icon is there as always idk why thats mentioned as a "bug" for..

i will use this beta happily

I'm pretty sure it used to rotate when upside down as well, but that might have been in the more earlier versions of iOS. :/
That was fixed in an earlier iOS8 version. Complaints of the 6+ and taking out of pocket and upside down blah blah. So one of those latter builds stopped it from doing that. It was 8.3 actually.

I'm not saying it's performing bad or that it's not usable. I'm just saying there are a bunch of little quirks that still need to be fixed and haven't been since beta 1 despite reporting them as bugs. When Apple said that they focused on performance with iOS 9, I was expecting to see a marked improvement in performance, especially by beta 3, but I've seen nothing yet.
