Just unplugged my 6+ from 100% and got a notification while on Low power mode

Low Power Disabled
Battery Sufficiently charged

Something along those lines, that wasn't in Beta 2, will try get a photo

Been there since Beta 1. The message is at 80% I believe.

Ok, after doing the 'Reset All Settings' earlier, it turned off Siri for some reason. So I went to enable it and it said that my language wasn't supported on Apple Watch and it would be disabled on the Watch. I hit ok thinking it was a bug, but it really did turn off Siri on my Watch. It just doesn't show up anymore.

It has always been set to English (United States).

Anyone else lose the autofill password button on the keyboard using safari on beta 3? This was an extremely helpful feature and now it is just gone. The best part about the feature was that it could be used in private mode to autofill keychain passwords :( I have verfied that keychain is still working correctly by syncing back and forth between devices but for some reason that option is just missing now on the keyboard (iPad Air 2).

Settings > Safari > AutoFill > Names and Passwords

Battery has dropped to 39% from 100% after 4 hours. This includes doing a lengthy Apple Watch update so hoping this contributed to such rapid battery drain.

Settings > Safari > AutoFill > Names and Passwords

I have verified that the option is on and have even cycled it a few times just to see if it would fix it but to no avail. Betas 1 and 2 had the autofill button on the keyboard so the problem just showed up on beta 3.

Never seen this notification with that icon after the event had already started.

And my battery has been comparable to Beta 2 on my 6 Plus.

Settings > Phone > Calls on Other Devices "When Nearby"

This seems different...
I believe thats part of supporting Continuity over Cellular (currently only on T-Mobile).
That is correct.
Topher227, it is new AFAICT. And, the responses are not correct, and it's not T-Mo-only.

The Beta moved the Continuity settings for Phone app calls from FaceTime (iOS 8: Settings>FaceTime>iPhone Cellular Calls option/toggle) and moved it to the Phone App (Settings>Phone>Calls on Other Devices settings). It's also on my VZW iPhone 6.

I've found that several apps work that were not working properly are working properly now. Navigational widgets that did nothing seem to be working now in INRIX, Wunderground apps, and My Verizon. I can now log out of apps like the My Verizon app.

I have not found any apps that crashed right away to be launching at all, like the MSN apps.

So far, B3 has a zippy interface on my iPhone 6. On my iPad 3 (VZW LTE), apps launch a bit slowly but seem smooth and responsive when they're open. Both have B3 installed OTA over B2 - I'll perform a clean install on both after Apple's activation servers stop getting hammered, in a day or two...

Continuity over Cellular is definitely iOS 9 and T-Mo only right now. I'm not talking getting phone calls on your Mac, I'm talking being able to receive phone calls and SMS messages when your phone isn't on Wi-Fi, i.e. you can be on LTE and your Mac will still get the phone call. See for yourself.

Not sure if this has been posted yet or not, but switching apps in the App Switcher feels a lot smoother.
Which device are you using? I was testing iOS 9 on an iPad Air 1, but went back to iOS 8 after beta 2. Couldn't stand the lag while using the new app switcher...

In fact, the whole experience was terrible with the iPad Air 1, but battery life got much better with beta 2. Can you tell me if there was an improvement in the overall OS, if the the animations are smoother when going from one app to another and when in the app switcher?

Animations are definitely better for me. No hot phone either. Battery seems a bit better for me than B2 at least in the short time since I've installed it. Apps launch faster. Multitasking is smoother and less janky but not perfect. We are getting there.

Noticed that my photo library are missing photos in the photo app from 1024 in my 8.4 iPad to 13 on my ios9 b3 iPhone. Though iCloud Photo Library storage in Settings shows the correct count of photos.

I like the new icons in mail when you swipe to delete or mark as read. But, I think they have to implement this new icons also in the lock screen notification, where still text.
