This will only appear if you have the keep Show When Locked option enabled in the health app [under Emergency Access]
But you still have to click Emergency -> Medical ID. It doesn't just show up by swiping.

Hello, is anyone else noticing that iOS 9.0 GM wasn't the "Final" release this year?

Does anyone see any changes?

The only update I've noticed is the change in pricing for iCloud storage. Can anyone with the GM confirm the old storage pricing is still there?

Coming from 8.3, and reading all the comments saying iOS 9 is unusable I formed an opinion based on that.

It's far from unusable sure there is lag but not even close to what I was expecting! app delay when opening apps is almost unnoticeable (it is there)

After going from GM 9.0 to the 43MB release today my AT&T WiFi calling disappeared. It showed in the title bar earlier this afternoon but after applying the update it's now missing. The Settings show it is On. I turned it Off and then back On, perhaps there will be a delay in coming back to my phone (I hope).

6 Plus. I plugged it into itunes and itunes found the update and updated the phone for me. I guess there was no delta update?
Probably just a weird glitch on your end. Because plenty of people including myself have done the 43MB delta.

What device and software build number are you?

I am now on 9.0 (13A344) on a iPhone 6. It was available this afternoon from Software Update. I have been running GM 9.0 for a week without problems. Just before I updated the AT&T WiFi calling went on (I am in a Philadelphia suburb). It is still not showing for me but is less than one hour since updating. I have heard it can take up to 24 hours to show in areas where it is active.

Mine worked before and after the update. Didn't show up for my wife's 5s (haven't done the post-GM update yet on hers).

I'm on 9.1(13B5110e) on iPhone 6 and can't find any updates, been running this for a week now. Even iTunes but is saying that I'm up to date.

Also, the bug where if I quit all my apps, and do a hard restart, they're all still open when the phone turns back on.
And just how do you know that your apps are still open when you restart?

I hope you are not going by the app switcher, which shows all the recently used apps whether they are running or not.

The person you quoted is talking about the app switcher. If you swipe up and delete all the apps, then restart your device, the app switcher refills with all the apps your had just previously removed from it. The poster is not talking about them actually running, but being visible in the switcher. I have this bug as well on my iPad 2 and iPhone 6.
