After the small OTA update post GM, in App Store updates page, if I don't click update for few seconds, all 'update' buttons changes to 'open' button and 'update all' button gets disabled.

Happens on my all three iPhones, iPhone 6, iPhone 5s and iPhone 5. I have automatic updates disabled.

A week ago I installed the GM updating my 5s: no news in the proactive Siri screen.
Two days ago I did a clean install of the GM setting my phone as new: news showing off in the proactive screen.
Yesterday I upgraded OTA to the final release: news are gone again.
Any clue?

What I'm trying to say I don't want anything to happen when I go to the left I already got that on the spotlight

Add me to the list. I know that Siri Suggestions can be disabled, but that just leaves a useless search page to the left of the home screen. Good if you want iOS 6 nostalgia, but bad if you want consistency with A5 devices (at least that's my case.)

I'm experiencing some crazy battery behaviour on my iPhone 6. While running the GM build 13A340 my battery is great. While updating to 9.0 final build 13A344, I have battery trouble. When my device reaches 10% it just shuts off. I plug it in and when it boots up its at 24%. I went in and "reset all settings" so I could keep my data. The issue still remained.

Now 9.0.1 comes out and I experience the exact same issue still. Yet, if I revert back to the GM build (13A340), my battery life returns to normal behaviour. I updated from the GM to final via OTA software update. I am now going to attempt updating by downloading the entire software via iTunes and will report back with my results.

EDIT: All is well after a factory restore and reloading my backup.
