Had a weird problem where my 6s Plus could get hand overs from my iPad Air 2, but not the other way around. I tried everything to fix this (restart, reset network settings, etc). Finally signing out of iCloud on iPad and back in got it working.

Not sure when it's started, but now mail have per account signature option. Is this new?

Not new at all. It's been around since iOS 6.

Can anyone reboot their device to see if they get a message "iCloud verification needed"? I can't get rid of this message and have it on both of my devices.

I was getting that on my iPad, combined with handoff not working. I haven't gotten it since logging out of iCloud and logging back in.

Download systemmonitor and tell me if your cpu jumps up and hovers around 10-13% usage when you plug in. When I unplug it drops back own to 3-6%. (When idle.) I almost restored my phone because I thought I had a stuck process or something but then I unplugged and it dropped back down! Why does iOS 9.1 spin the cpu up a little bit chile charging? I'm on an iPhone 6. Can somebody check and see if theirs does this? Thanks.

Yeah I saw someone mention a + somewhere else but I don't have that either.

Very weird. I might have to try a full reset at some point to see if that fixes it.

Thanks.

I have the "+" on my 6S+ but not on my Mini3

On my Mini 3 the Note options are draw, and camera.
On my 6S+ the Note options are Check, Font, camera, draw, and close menu.

UPDATE: Found the issue on the iMini 3. Seems you can hide the menu where it is attached to the keyboard. Look for a small bar center at keyboard top.

Pics of each and where:

Which system monitor app are you using?

Maybe it's doing an iCloud backup or other stuff that only gets done when plugged in?

You're a genius, thanks :)

I had seen the bar, but assumed it was for dragging the keyboard down and hiding it (as well as the button in the bottom-right of the keyboard for doing the same), didn't think of pulling it up.

Thanks a lot.

:(

Another quick question: Does 3d Touch bring up favorite contacts or frequently messaged contacts on Phone and Messaging apps?

On Messages it brings up frequent. On Phone it brings up Favorites.
Both lists are truncated. On Messages I can see only my latest frequent. On Phone only the top three on my Favorites.
I don't know if there is a way to expand these for 3D Touch.

It would be better if you could customise what the 3D Touch menu brings up on a per app basis, but knowing apple that probably won't happen...
Still waiting for that to be possible in Control Centre!!

Is it a problem to log out and logging in back? I haven't done this ever since I have an iDevice, so I'm not sure if it's "safe". Hopefully it won't remove anything.

It's "safe", but kind of annoying. When you sign out you have the option to keep your contacts, calendars, Safari bookmarks, etc, but Notes need to be deleted (it's delete or cancel signing out). I chose to delete everything just to prevent potential merge problems when turning it back on.

Everything came back when I signed in, though when I did so, iCloud Photo Library and iCloud Keychain were both still off. Turning them on wasn't a problem, though my iPad then proceeded to "re-upload" all my photos and videos.

I'm not sure it actually uploaded them since I have 6 GB worth of photos and videos and it only uploaded around 900 MB worth of something, but it took about 30 minutes to finish updating.

I didn't lose anything but time.

Interesting just tried this on iP6 and it worked fine. was able to tell her to "edit timer" and was greeted with "already running want me to change it?" and said yes and she did. Didnt have to press the button. Then said "how about 2 min" and she changed it again without asking. Then tried again and she set timer, i closed and then started again and asked to "change timer to x" and she did (no questions) then said again "how about 2 min" and she did neither time asking or telling me I already had timer running. So seems to be working other than sometimes she just changes it and other times she asks for confirmation to change it.
If you ask Siri to set a timer for x minutes, and then later query Siri again to set a timer for X minutes, you'll be prompted with the change button. Clicking that button does give feedback, and an acknowledgement that the change was made, but the timer doesn't actually change. I'll upload a video shortly. I was able to repeat this over and over again by saying 'set a timer for...' And then again 'set a timer for'...it reacts, but doesn't actually make the change after pressing 'change'.

Ever since updating to the latest beta, my phone will not connect to my home internet. I have done everything possible it seems.
