Bug fixes:

- Quick Reply from the Lockscreen no longer leaves a black keyboard outline.

i've issued that one on my 5s with 9.1, happened after quick replying to a whatsapp message. just saw 1 time,otherwise it's working without any problem.

the workaround is opening messages and popping up the keyboard again

I'm having issues with control centre not opening when I swipe up from the home screen or when in an App. It seems I have to be very slow to swipe up or it takes 3/4 times to work correctly..

I've found control centre to be hit & miss/difficult to swipe up on every incarnation of iOS9 on a 6S+.

I don't know what apple did to the final but...
1. some screen chugging going on randomly now (not that often though)
2. verizon signal is at an all time low, beta 4 was best. I have reset network settings 3 times and still is bad at certain areas, like when coming out of am extremely poor (weak), it takes a long time to get LTE back.
3. one app so far, locked up on me today, the only way to free it was uninstall and reinstall, this never happened ever before.
right now I wish I could go back to beta 4

My wife also complained about the verizon signal with her 6, and like I said its very randomly.

Same issue on my 6S. Control center is very hit or miss. Annoying as hell.

The battery usage screen on my 6s Plus keeps having an issue where periodically it won't display any apps since I've upgraded to iOS 9.1. I have no idea why it's happening or how to fix it since it says that I need to use the phone for a few minutes, but it seems to only show app battery info after I use the phone for several hours. That's not even counting that there is 7 days worth of battery data that it should be displaying

Well I had no idea you can fix Android issues in one day just by rooting the phone. Seriously this is getting ridiculous.

You ca't fix it in a day. I've gone down the path of rooting Android devices and its not fun at all.

I had problems getting it to come up on my iPhone as well, but it works fine on iPad. I thought it was due to my screen cover, even though I've never had problems using one before.

You ca't fix it in a day. I've gone down the path of rooting Android devices and its not fun at all.

I know. I was being sarcastic, because the other claimed that all the issues with Android can be fixed by rooting.

Funny how Apple spends an insane amount of effort into getting all the details right for the new iOS font (just look at these slides), but ignores the UI entirely. What a mess.

I had the opposite on betas until beta 5, I had a stuck unread email count and all emails were read, I filed a feedback and it was fixed in beta 5, I have 4 emails accounts all working now, but I am not saying you don't have the problem, as we all are experiencing different issues, this just amazes me, what is different between all these iPhones
I am seeing issues that some aren't and vice versa???

Has anyone else lost the new iOS9 functionality for notes since upgrading to 9.1?

I've been finding the new checklist option really useful, but since upgrading to 9.1 I've lost some of the new options, with the only options available being the camera and squiggle. I've tried things from other forums I found whilst searching Google for an answer (none of which actually mentioned 9.1 but rather than the features not being available in 9), but none of the solutions worked (including disabling and renabling cloud sync).

If I go into an existing note, click at the end of an existing checklist item and hit Return it creates a new option, but I can't create them in new notes (unless maybe I copy/paste from another note first).

Any assistance much appreciated - since I got this functionality I've lost all ability to plan my day in any other way other than through these notes, so now I'm totally unable to perform my job

The new Notes app has been working great for me. Only thing I'd like to see is a text edit menu without going to Show Fonts. Syncing works great though between Mac, iPhone, and iPad. All the new features work well.

Yes I've seen that occasionally on my 6S too. Did this on the iOS 9.1 betas all the way to 9.1 release. My 6 did not experience this behavior.

Maybe this will help: I actually have two accounts for Notes - iCloud and gmail. And when I try to create a note in gmail account, I don't have "+" either. Check what kind of account do you use for your Notes (I guess you set it up in Settings -> Mail, contacts... -> accounts).

I experienced this issue on my iPhone 6 plus since 9.0 release.

I just ran into a bug with Siri and Timers. I had a timer set (cooking something) and had maybe 3 minutes left but needed to change it to 50 so I said "set a timer for 50 minutes". It said I already had a timer set (true) and had two buttons, one that said Keep and the other Change. I kept selecting Change and it would go back to 3 min and ignore changing it to 50. I tried Keep thinking maybe it was backwards but that just kept the timer going. This was all done with Siri in v9.1

Just encountered the same bug. Set a timer for 10min, then change it to 15min. Following the same steps you described. The first time I tapped change, it said 'okay, I see you shiver with anticipation' or something like that, but didn't actually change the timer. The second request seemed to work.

Interesting just tried this on iP6 and it worked fine. was able to tell her to "edit timer" and was greeted with "already running want me to change it?" and said yes and she did. Didnt have to press the button. Then said "how about 2 min" and she changed it again without asking. Then tried again and she set timer, i closed and then started again and asked to "change timer to x" and she did (no questions) then said again "how about 2 min" and she did neither time asking or telling me I already had timer running. So seems to be working other than sometimes she just changes it and other times she asks for confirmation to change it.
