that's the stock one,but when it occurs, the keyboard is popping up like that, and not going away (stuck on the springboard) the only solution is to activate siri and close again. after that, the keyboard disappears and popping up normally, i see that one time, there are other users see that one.

The only bug I've encountered so far on my 4S is notification banners dismissing themselves as soon as they arrive, even the sound is interrupted as if I swiped it up... It happened back in iOS 8 and got fixed later so it really sucks to have it back.

Plugged iPad in at 80%. 5 hours later unplugged it and it was at 87% and hadn't fully charged. Plugged it back in and it charged to 100% in less than 30 minutes. I've never seen that before.

I know, I want to install it to test some apps and I want to know if Apple is signing that version.
I have the beta ipsw.
Why would you test apps on beta 5? It's gonna be irrelevant in a matter of weeks.

I just did and seems fine to me, but folks who are truly into every nuance of fluidity will surely see something.

I'm sure they're just as many who don't want to see problems. I'm sure if they had the same problem on an android phone they would see it easily enough.

Can you imagine how many problems iOS would have if it had all the features of android.

Apple Music is unusable for me today (again). It pauses music every 5-10 seconds. I really consider to unsubscribe from my family plan.
I am not sure if it is iOS or server side issue, but actually I don't care.

You listed all these extra things you have to do on Andriod just to be able to get a timely update. On iOS it's one step.

And everything I've read these past few weeks says iOS is still smoother and more reliable than Android.

...

That's the point you miss. I can solve and fix issues on my Note 5. On my iPhone, I just have to wait. and wait. and hope. I have spent less than a day fixing up the Note 5 to where I have what I want. I have spent far more than that trying to find work-arounds and fixes on my iPhone.
I have a very smooth well functioning Android device - Note 5
I have a not so well working iOS device - 6S+.
Why should I be using the 6S+ as my primary when it doesn't work as well as the Note 5?

You are correct on the iOS versions. My user experience on the iPhone started degrading commencing with iOS7 and has degressed since then through iOS 8 and now iOS9. When my company offers access to Android like we have on iOS now, UNLESS iOS has dramatically improved and fixed the current trend, I'll end up dropping the iPhone. That is regrettable as I have been using iPhones since the 3.

If, for example, Android has animation stutter in some places, how would that get solved and fixed by the user?

Well I had no idea you can fix Android issues in one day just by rooting the phone. Seriously this is getting ridiculous.

  1. I could try an alternate launcher.
  2. I could downgrade to a previous OS version.
  3. I could forums to see if a fix existed.
  4. I could root and apply a different or bare bones Android.

Only option 3 is available on my iPhone.

There's often enough a jailbreak option that could be available.

How will that fix stutter
With tweaks that speed up or adjust or change or disable animations. Similar to how some of those things that were mentioned for Android might.

I had heard somewhere that SIRI could now recognize your voice, is that true? A friend of mine said Hey Siri while i had my phone open yesterday and it responded to him but not me. Was it just a rumor?
