I don't understand why apple lacks intelligence to fix problems like this. I mean..they always emphasize in photos during keynotes, right?
What was described seems to be more of an isolated glitch or a beta issue essentially. Doesn't really seem to be in the category of anyone lacking anything to fix a potential bug or even an isolated glitch that has surfaced in a beta.

I would recommend 2 things. "reset all settings" then charge to 100%, let it run until it cuts off then charge back up unattended until 100% again to calibrate the battery with the software.
I am not sure I understand the reasoning for this. I don't write software or anything, but to me it sounds like there is an issue with the program for when it the battery gets to a certain % remaining, it glitches and goes to a default 6% for emergency battery mode.
I would have to think a software programmer would know to write if a battery went from 62% to 6% and the time and date has not changed that there is a malfunction somewhere and to recheck the batter charge level to verify its actually 6% not 62%.

for me its stable enough. no need for 3rd beta. also the final release may be same with beta 2
Have you noticed the constant badge app icons even after checking messages and missed calls? Along with other apps the icon takes ages to disappear after checking them. There will be another beta or a release with a different build number than the 2nd beta fixing these issues

Hello all, new forum member here.

Do you guys happen to know if the WIFI issues is being fixed? I have difficulties remaining on 2.4 GHz network, haven't had the opportunity to try on 5 GHZ but I'have already tried all fixes, (short of restarting router because i'm deployed overseas and do not have access to public routers ) i've come across searching different forums but they only fix the issue for a short time. Basically, i get 3/3 bars WIFI after resetting network settings or even after resetting all settings but if i try to open youtube or other streaming services, the connection drops to 2/3 and i lose connectivity. Turning WIFI on and of more often than not results in failure to discover access point at all. This happens on 9.2, 9.2.1 b2 and 9.3 b1.
3g and LTE service works fine though.

Thanks in advance for any reply or advice.

It could be problem with your router, have you tried to connect to other routers?

Yes, i have tried other public routers i come across with the same result :(. With some routers i have noticed that i need to be really close to the router in order to have 3/3 bars of WIFI. As soon as i take 3 or 4 steps away, it goes immediately to one bar.

Try to take your iDevice to Apple service center if it is with warranty.

Any chance you have an all in one tv box/router

1. I don't think that it is within warranty and even if it was, there is no apple service where i am.
2. I read on the forums that many people are complaining about the same issues and that's why i asked if anyone knew anything about this issue being looked into in the upcoming betas.

Thank you very much for you suggestions though.

I don't know, because so far i've been using it with public routers and sim card because I'm away from my country for the time being and have no way of experimenting this with my own router.
