Had that refusal to pop up from the copy/paste dialog again, this time on my iPad in Outlook. Had to un-select the the text and re-select the text to get it to pop up. Usually not a big deal with the keyboard activated using the keyboard shortcuts, but here I didn't have the keyboard activated.

no. When open this window comes first country selection. Harmless only. safari app no issue. this app can shows e.g your email, password. I think this not the reason.
which effesency? with this method more confusion. A normal user use iOS 8 and touch id, then comes iOS 9 update.

Then see in Apple forum or other forum. Many said autolock issue. Why? Because here is that Problem, iOS has not note, new features,function or bug? what is correct?

create iOS wifi personal hotspot, go to Homescreen or use other app, now search this hotspot, not available
Since iOS personal hotspot exist, comes this phenome from user: iOS personal hotspot so broken
in this case, has iOS no note, when you leave from settings is hotspot network not available (for the search)
In Android no issue. Good design. Activate hotspot, then comes in status bar icon. Here know the user hotspot is active (for the search)

Tried it on 9.1 (Not beta) on my 6 plus. crashed during setting reset, needed to restore my iPhone

Okay, found a bug fix that was there for a long time.
Mobile signature input screen is now available when your phone is locked. Previously, if you forgot to unlock your phone before the popup with PIN request field appeared you had to cancel the whole action and do it again.

Just a guess. It would be obvious if it wasn't. There would be stutter similar to the stutter in video games when dropping frames.
I'm no stranger to stutter and I hate it as much as the next guy, however, it doesn't bother me on control center for some reason. I pull it up too quickly to notice any drops. If I drag it nice and slowly, I can see some stuttering, but that's not how I use it, so it's less noticeable to me.
Lag in the app switcher however is annoying.
I found a bug and I'm not sure if it was present on earlier versions: e-mails arriving from hotmail.com do not show attachments of any kind. If I forward the e-mail to another account using the same iOS mail app, then I can see the attachment as usual.

I'd like to say I didn't mention the hotspot feature so I don't know why you're talking about it. And for the auto lock, do you really want your phone screen on, draining battery while on the home screen? What are you gonna be reading on the home screen? It only drains battery. Sure it would be nice to change that option but at this moment we're stuck with it. I believe it's a feature. If you don't that's fine

See my answer again. When this is new function, then not good. No note for user. when you use Touch ID then has autolock half time on iOS homescreen. This confusion is bad for normal user. Therefore always comes so thread: autolock issue
You are Apple developer? By yes, then add in autolock menu, a description.

I don't have that 3D Touch stutter on landscape on my 6S+ except for a minor one on the Photos app. The other apps like Mail, Safari, iMessage, and other stock ones on main screen are pretty fluid. Is it only affecting older phones or 6s models as well?
I do have the occasional video rotation issue where it won't rotate to landscape mode until I position the phone to portrait and then back to landscape.

I've never noticed that it auto locks faster on the home screen. And in my opinion it's a good feature and not a bug of some sort. If you haven't locked your screen on the home screen you probably have forgotten to do it. So it saves battery by doing it quicker. I don't think this is something a normal user would ever notice or make them confused if they did.

e.g send from gmail email with png image to hotmail.com email address. now open in hotmail this attachment, not working. please use iOS mail app and iOS 9.2.
iCloud music library occasionally not loading after re-signing in on the App Store. (Workaround is to download one song on Apple Music. This will make the iCloud library load)
