Surely that's the software not being able to do its job because you kept finger on it? It is designed to be swiped and not slowly moved up hence software is not being optimised. Maybe wrong here
It drop frames no matter what. I have an iPhone 5 on 9.2 beta as well, it's much smoother.

I personally see no stutter on my Air 2 or 6s. I just see the bounce. I do see the stutter if I am dragging it up slowly.

No stutter on my air 2 with swiping or dragging as well. It stutter on my 6 though.

Regarding this "bug"
  • Music – ability to swipe between Library/Playlists and All Apple Music/My Music is missing.

This option exists by default, but if you disable the Apple Music Connect in Restrictions, it removes the @ tab and inserts the Playlists tab. When this occurs, the option to swipe between the My Music and Playlists tab disappears. I tried it on 9.1 just to confirm the behaviour.

I have not seen any of what people say up until he said about keeping my finger on cc and moving it up with my finger on. I have had a really good experience with 9.2 others may not but I have and others have. Everyone is different I suppose

Updated 5s from 9.2 B2 to B3 OTA

1. Control center stutters exactly the same way as B2
2. Multitasking is not smooth but tapping on any open app card or tile is now giving smooth animation while going full screen.
3. Open Siri and try to bring up control center from bottom. Enjoy the stutter fest.
4. Phone got extremely hot upon update completion. I mean extra hot.

6+, iPad Air 2. Control Center, Spotlight Search and App Switcher are very smooth. :)

The hotness is probably because you instantly started using your phone whilst it's optimising after an update.

Why in the world would someone open CC while using Siri?? I will admit it stutters like crazy on my 6s, but what is the purpose. Who actually does that??

Stutter control centre wasn't resolved iPhone 6. I have to say: multitasking finally shows 60FPS I love it. Apple resolve lags in cc please

Yeah, m2. Screened my old Build number, downloading new Version now. I will compare them afterwards

My iPad Air failed to install one Update, maby it was rolled out while downloading
Still downloading. Really slow, 8 minutes left.

It doesn't matter who does it and why. The only important thing is that it lags badly.

I agree, but it should be fixed anyway. But still, you can just say "Siri, turn on wifi".

The problem is, I highly doubt Apple is aware of this unless a bunch of people are reporting it. Reason being, no one probably every tested it at Apple because its such a random way to find a bug.
