iOS 9.2 Beta 3 Bug Fixes, Changes and Performance Adjustments

My phone currently says AT&T Wi-Fi. I was able to send an SMS, it made it to the other phone but on my phone it said not delivered. The reply from the other phone to my phone did not arrive. With Wi-Fi off and only on LTE, I could send and receive without error. With Wi-Fi on but on the regular calling network I could send and sometimes receive without error. Sometimes I would not receive the test message at all.

So, it still needs work so far as SMS is concerned. The only place this gets me at the moment is group messaging which comes an a group MMS. I don't see those or any group messages at the moment that are outside of iMessages.

Okay sweet - Thanks. I'm on DP but the GF is on PB, and I wanted to double check before we dive in, because the '1' on Settings would drive her insane.

Since iOS 9, I have absolutely no idea what Apple is doing.

On both my iPad Air and iPhone 6 Plus, after installing PB 3 and confirming that 13C71 has been installed, Software Update keeps thinking there is update and re-downloads the full PB 3 image. I have installed it twice already on my iPad.
 
Also, since Beta 2 I noticed that when you're in Reachability mode it won't go back unless you stop tapping.
 
Not sure if the scrolling behaviour has changed in Multitasking or if it was there from the first beta or even before but if you swipe to the far right (I had ten apps open) and then do one big swipe to the left, it'll take you back to the Home screen in one.
 
wait, so what's the deal with public beat folks stuck on an endless update loop with beta 3? anyone know why there are two diff build numbers for dev vs public? confused.

Only Apple really knows but my guess is that there isn't supposed to be a 13C5071. Everyone should be on 13C71. I believe we're approaching release. To stop the endless loop PB testers can remove their profiles.

I still have the settings in my iPad, left it on in iPhone but do not see anything in settings, and notice the option is gone from the Watch app. I was able to make a call with my iPad and my watch while my phone was in Airplane mode. So, parts of this are gone but parts remain so this might be ugly for a little bit.
