iOS 9.2 Beta 5 or GM?

What part of "nobody knows" don't you understand? When it's out, it's out. Constantly asking everyday if it'll be out won't get them to release it faster.
And other releases have come out on Mondays or Tuesdays or even Thursdays--there isn't really some set day for releases.
I am just hoping 9.3 Beta 1 will be released simultaneously with the final 9.2, but I don't ask if or when this will happen.
I have a feeling, and let me know if I'm totally wrong here, but I think it will be out, when it comes out.
Usually it comes out After one week, iOS 9.2 Beta came out 1 week After iOS 9.1I am just hoping 9.3 Beta 1 will be released simultaneously with the final 9.2, but I don't ask if or when this will happen.
