With the release today of another beta build for OS X 10.11.2 we will see another beta build of 9.2 tomorrow (most likely) or in the next couple days.

10.11.2 and 9.2 will be releasing (official public release) same day, as it's typically the case that they release OS X and iOS updates along side each other.

So no full public release this week. It will be another beta build.

The only time GM releases are done are for x.0 releases... not point releases like 9.x

There have been some for non x.0 releases, as I recall, but it's not something that has happened often.
