I don't think anyone including Apple seriously cares anymore. They have disabled UDID detection, made it possible to install betas without even using iTunes.

People who are not registered developers are installing betas... So what, who cares?
I'm guessing that there are at the very least some terms somewhere that would go against that, if not more. Clearly the sticky was around for a reason when it came to the forums. I mean we all know that just because it might be simple to copy software, or a movie, or music CD, it doesn't mean that it's all good (and in the case of those is even legal).

Haha! You are comparing pirating music to installing beta software for a free update?

The only reason that Apple probably didn't want people installing beta software is because they didn't want to deal with the influx of customer service calls related to bugs from beta software... But I think that at this point, they have probably just figured out that they can ask the person what version they're running, and not offer support for beta software.

But still I don't know why people in this forum waste so much of their time getting upset over people installing beta software who are not developers... People on this form who install beta software... Do not really affect anyone else in anyway... So I say save your anger for something more worthy... That's all

I think that the fact people are saying the lag in cc is gone just goes to show that Apple knows it's there, but they have different teams working on each iteration and only one team is competent enough to fix problems.

There will probably be a public beta tomorrow or Wednesday. They release the public betas a few days after the developer beta because it would be bad if your average joe user had to deal with showstopper issues.

They have redesigned the Activity app to include a Workouts section. You can now see your daily/monthly workouts in a nice list, and be able to Filter them based on the type of Workouts:

They'll probably release it tomorrow like they did for 9.1 and 9.2.1 betas, I would just be patient.

It's also against the rules to ask this here, so =/

Wait wait wait, ipad air 1 ???????
Yes! Well, I'd say right now 90% of animations are smooth again and pleasant to see, but I am restoring everything to iPad, so that may impact performance. But just before app installs began, everything was very smooth.
After it finished restoring from backup everything is now 100% smooth.

I am happy now. No more stutters (iPhone/iPad).

How's the scrolling in the multitasking window? Still awful fast animations? It's like skipping cards on iOS 9.2.1 because it scrolls so fast even with the slightest touch.

Maybe it's finally the end of lag in iOS? :D

iPad mini 4 anyone? Safari and multitasking stutter?

Even spotlight pulldown? Can't wait for the beta public release.
