Serious bug: Other devices signed into your iCloud account are now unable to use personal hotspot unless you turn it on manually and add the hotspot password :( my mac and iPad can't see my iPhone at all.
Note: I did a full restore for beta 3 ; beta 2 didn't have this issue

Used my iPhone for a day and this is my conclusion

1.Battery life seems improved in this build
2.Control Centre Stutter in Siri is still there.Mobile Data Apps stutter is still there.
3.The animations seem smoother a little bit.Facing little stutter here and there.Overall still not on the level of 8.4.1 but it's getting there
How's the ongoing issue with text input using a third party keyboard (where spacing doesn't get added between sentences)? Seems like that hasn't gotten addressed so far?

There were a couple of guys on this message board that were praising how stable 9.3 beta 3 is I wonder where they are right now
Right here, other than the time display bug (If you consider that "instability"), I haven't seen any of those things. And you said animation lag wasn't a bug, right?
The Apple Music thing happened to me once or twice since the launch of the service, so not new.

Yikes. iPad Air 2 multitasker sped up 1000x. It's spinning out of control!
Happened to me a couple of times in B2 on iPhone 5S.

EDIT: About the Apple Music thing, is pretty annoying that you have to go through the advertisement IN the app itself. I don't use the service and I probably won't. The fact that you spam my music app is not going to change it.

When I pull down Notification Center on my iPad it asks if weather can use my location. But every couple days it asks me this. Anyone else experiencing this annoyance?

Am I the only one who can't get into an app directly from the lock screen? When I swipe right on a notification in the LS and uses TouchID to unlock it just jumps to the springboard. But if I do the same and put in my passcode it jumps to the app? Anyone with this problem?

I'm pretty sure this doesn't work on 9.3. So did your apps disappear or is everything still there?

I don't think anything would go wrong as long as he has a Public Beta release installed

Edit: You're right! Not sure if it's a bug or intentional but doing a clean install followed by backup restore gives me "Verification Failed" error. Better not try any fresh installs despite of the issues with 9.3 beta 3

Alright imma do that. Thank you

If you've not already done so, I'd advice you against it. I tried doing a clean install myself followed by Restoring Backup and getting a weird "Verification Failed error" with both Public and Developer profiles installed. Haven't been able to get rid of it.
I'm not sure as to what exactly changed with this release but it doesn't work anymore.

Aha! No doubt about it now it's a bug. Could someone add the Personal Hostspot and airdrop issue to the list of bugs? :) Sent a bug-report earlier

I just tested AirDrop between my iPhone 6S Plus (iOS 9.3b3), iPad Mini 4 (iOS 9.3b3) and my rMBP (OS X 10.11.4b3) without incident. I have successfully sent photos FROM each device TO each device as well as to my wife's iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 9.2.1).

My conclusion: no problem - it works as advertised without incident.

Could you check if Personal hotspot appears automatically on your signed in iCloud devices without manually turning on personal hotspot on your iPhone? Thanks! :)

I have a bug with contacts, in messages it shows my recent contacts BUT when I click on the ! icon to delete it from my recents it doesn't give me the option to delete it. And every single contact has it. Anyway I can get around this without a restore?

Is this with iOS 9.3 beta 3? And for all recent contacts in Messages (the ones that come up as suggestions when you are composing a message)?

Yes. I think it may have happened on beta 2 also, but I don't remember for sure.

I keep Personal Hotspot turned on on my iPhone 6S Plus... and it does appear as an option under wifi settings on the other devices. If I turn off Personal Hotspot on my phone, it disappears as an option on my iPad.

Yup same issue. This one's new to beta 3. thx again :) I suppose they might have changed something with bluetooth in this build that's causing the other devices to fail to see each other. Handoff on my iPhone to mac also having some difficulties however vice-versa works.
