iOS 9.3 Beta 3 Bug fixes, Changes and Performance Improvements

Aside from the disappearing clock, it was all good. But today I had a major bug. I did a force restart on my 6S Plus (holding power and home button until apple logo then letting go). Right before I did that I had 60% battery, after the hard restart, phone just showed the icon of no battery asking me to plug in to electricity. I had to do two more force restarts to get the phone to boot up normally and at 59% now. So weird. I never had issues like this on beta 1 or beta 2 of iOS 9.3.

That's what I was just about to post. I'm in the US so I've had the News app since the beginning and never use it. Flipboard is miles (or kilometers) better.

Can anyone confirm if the fuzzy icons on the home screen of the iPad Pro have been fixed?

Yes, they are. But the location icons in the Proactive search screen are still fuzzy.

iCloud for iBooks stopped working on my iPhone but still works on my iPad.

Adding new PDF's from my Mac into iBooks and showing up on my phone to download off iCloud showed up in beta 1 but they wouldn't download (was a known issue for beta 1) beta 2 they fixed that and everything was able to download to the phone. Beta 3 it stopped working on my phone (nothing even shows up) but continues to work on my iPad Pro.

Has anyone else noticed or also have this happening to them?

I don't think I've seen it mentioned but I'm experiencing weird crashes when opening apps. It's not the normal crash to springboard one that I've become accustomed to with iOS. Rather, the app will open and the phone will crash to the lockscreen. After unlocking the app is open and functioning like nothing happened.

I reported it to Apple but I'm wondering if I have a bad install or if it's being seen by others.

Previously, when swiping the message to unlock the phone, it took me straight to messages, and the exact conversation I swiped.

So 3D Touch is super laggy in landscape mode on the 6s Plus, but if you pull down Spotlight search, and then use 3D Touch it's 60 FPS period. Very weird huh?

I'm unable to register an iPad 2 (3G). After upgrading from 9.2.1 to 9.3b3 the device want's to register it by Apple. My WiFI connection is ok, an IP address is assigned to the iPad but it fails to register over the internet.

The message:

"It may take a few minutes to activate your iPad."

After a while followed by:

"Your iPad could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. etc. etc."

Even after removing the SIM card and/or upgrading via iTunes it keeps failing.

Does anyone recognise this?

Wiped all data and settings from my iPad 2 on 9.2.1 and installed 9.3b3. Activation works but now unable to restore my data.

Health app has stopped working for me. 6s beta three, opens then crashes every time

After using it for 2-3 days, I think this Beta 3 is completely sh**.

Bugs: (6S Plus)
1. Time does not display on homescreen.
2. It relocks after unlocking by using TouchID. So you have to unlock it twice.
3. Apple music will show me that black jacket lady randomly. If I don't have internet connectivity, that stubborn screen will refuse to go. This does not allow me to listen to my own music. (This is a nasty bug)
4. CC and NC are smooth at one instance. Next instance, they will be stuttery just like iOS 9.2.1
5. If you unlock the phone after a long time, the unlocking to home screen animation starts half way or gets completely skipped. There is no animation and you directly see homescreen icons. Subsequent animations are perfect.

Don't have the news app here in Sweden. But I do have it in iCloud settings and I can add to news through the share sheet.

And I've noticed an issue with tapping the status bar to go to top. So far only in safari. Nothing happens when I tap the clock. I have to tap the url bar then outside for the window to disappear, then it starts working again. Happens randomly.

Try turning iCloud Photo Library off on the device, reboot, then switch it back on. It's obviously stuck trying to upload/download something.

Out of all your issues I have only noticed or am able to replicate #1.
