I dont know if this changed with 9.3 but I just noticed it:

I used to be able to play YouTube videos from Safari in the background. While the video was playing, I would go to the home screen with the home button and then pull up the Notification Center and press play.

Now pressing play does not do anything anymore...

I can't believe how many people suggest staying on iOS 8.4.1. To me the most game changer feature is content blocker and it is on iOS 9 (although 64 bit only). I can't live without content blockers now since Safari is most used application on my devices.

Beta 3 has been pretty good for me so far. Only a few niggles here and there. I've had the phone lock itself after unlocking using Touch ID only once, a few big stutters when unlocking the phone going to the Home screen but all has been good apart from that. The biggest thing that has improved is when you 3D Touch the trackpad, it works brilliantly in this beta.

I wish I could say the same. My 3D Touch on the keyboard still jumps a character ahead or behind when I release. I've gone back to the ol' magnifying glass.

I do get that sometimes but I was talking about activating it, using it and then activating it again. It's much more consistent now.

Don't know if this was mentioned, but 9.3 beta 3 fixed the bluetooth issue for smart devices. My Garmin Fenix3 is now pairing.

Yes, expected by me.
I'm tired of having to click on "Request Desktop Site" every time I visit a web site on my iPad Pro.
A permanent setting to leave this on would be very helpful IMHO.
Doesn't the iPad mostly load desktop sites anyway? Unless the site creator perhaps wants to specifically offer an iPad/mobile version for some reason?

Ever since going on 9.3 Beta(s), when swipe to the left from the home screen to get to the Siri Suggestions, Nearby, below nearby on 9.2/9.2.1 it would show local news stories but ever since going to the 9.3 Beta, that has been gone. Anyone else getting this? See attached picture.

iCloud for iBooks stopped working on my iPhone but still works on my iPad.

Adding new PDF's from my Mac into iBooks and showing up on my phone to download off iCloud showed up in beta 1 but they wouldn't download (was a known issue for beta 1) beta 2 they fixed that and everything was able to download to the phone. Beta 3 it stopped working on my phone (nothing even shows up) but continues to work on my iPad Pro.

Has anyone else noticed or also have this happening to them?
Yep same here. Shows "downloaded" on one I just tried but it does not appear on the shelf. This beta seems to have several quirks. Already ready for beta 4!

[Edit] If I change the selection at the top away from "All Books" to "PDF" they appeared. Then others showed up as well when went back to books or all books.

I have a problem in this beta with Apple Music.
If I try to download a playlist, the Music app crashes.
Anyone else have this problem?

Anybody else completely stopped receiving Activity achievements after updating to Public Beta 3? All workouts done with the Apple Watch (no third party apps involved).

So literally just unplugged my phone at 7.30am uk time it's now 10.30am and I'm down to 27% no wifi just 3G and 4g 2 phone calls check 5 webpages. Absolute horrendous battery drain on beta 3 today. It's not been the best since updating and has been getting considerably worse each day.

Definitely something isn't right. Sounds like there is a stuck process or something (maybe even a bad battery.) I also have an iPhone 6 on 9.3 beta 3 and always get 8+ hours in the usage time. My 6 has been on every single beta pretty much full time since 8.3 till now on 9.3 and have never seen my battery get even close to that bad. Mine has been really consistent with 8+ hours usage and anywhere from 12-24+ hours standby all while 98% of the time running beta.

You could try closing out all apps in the app switcher then do a reboot (holding the Power + Home button until you see the Apple logo) then see how your next charge lasts.

Reset Network Settings is another possible solution and/or Reset Settings.

Has anyone noticed the battery indicator next to the Bluetooth icon in the upper bar? It was the first time I've seen it while paired to a Bluetooth speaker.

The keyboard on my 5S gets very laggy from time to time in Messages. Restarting the app is a solution for now.

My iPhone 6 stats currently (running 9.3B3):

Usage: 44 min
Standby: 7h 32 min
Battery: 94%

Something definitely isn't right with yours.
