Really really looking forward to this, iPad mini 2 was a dream on beta 1 but beta 2 trashed it... Same for iPhone 5. I saw someone say their iPhone 5 is smooth again and I'm ready to try and confirm it. Also Verizon wifi calling FINALLY...Yes, it's back! Spotlight search and Notification Center don't stutter anymore. It was pissing me off on beta 2 making me downgrade to beta 1. Now everything works perfectly like in beta 1
you are a "dear friend" indeed thanks for the reply! really tempted, to move from beta 1. Yes, beta 1 wasn't perfect, but 95% of time was even better than iOS 8.4.1I've been on all the 9.3 betas. The first was great but it had its quirks after a week or so. This is just really fluid overall. It's reminding me of when I had my 5S a couple years ago.

Public beta please come out tomorrow.
Still? 9.3 brought the iPhone 6 up to iPhone 5 smoothness from what I thought. What things does the 5 still perform more smoothly? Just curious. Control Center is very good on both now, at least. It's quite amazing how well the iPhone 5 is holding up. It's still smoother than my iPhone 6 and in fact it's hardly any slower.
Sweet! Pretty pumped for beta 3 then!I also have an iPad mini 2 and all the stuttering problems were solved, just like on the 6+ !
Feedback app is still there. Check to see if your profile was deleted (bet it was).Feedback app appears to be gone.
3D Touch keyboard finally allows back to back cursor use. It doesn't require the lag.
This is awesome to hear. I have been annoyed with the delay required for the 3d touch cursor since the day I got my 6S.
Not something that would really be known at this point. How is battery life?
The iPhone 5 hardly drops any frames. With the iPhone 6, framerate still varies a bit. Especially opening and closing apps, and opening submenus in the Settings app is just a tad smoother on the 5.Still? 9.3 brought the iPhone 6 up to iPhone 5 smoothness from what I thought. Ah I see. Anytime a passcode screen is brought up in the settings app it lags quite badly and there are random hiccups here and there but with the age of the iPhone 5 I assumed it all kinda evened out at this pointThe iPhone 5 hardly drops any frames. Now you can install the beta with the cellular data, all the other updates require you to have wifi on.
*Installed all 144mb (i think that was the size *6s Plus*) with my LTE network.
What are you referring to? Mine says I have to be on WiFi to install.
Check mobile data menu scrolling lag fixed or not iPhone 5 have in 9.2.1

Bugs (new to beta 3)

- Swiping between open apps via 4-finger-gesture causes the screen to go blank for a second on iPad Air 2.
- Feedback app appears to be missing in some cases.
Bug fixes
- iOS 9.3 beta 3 now scores 419 on HTMLTest.com compared to 409 for iOS 9.0

Performance
- CrashSafari website no longer does anything.
- Landscape control center no longer cuts the right side of icons.
- Animation snap in task switcher when closing multiple apps is finally fixed.
- iPhone 6 Plus: Task Switcher scrolling is fluid; not extremely fast.
- iPhone 6: Task Switcher is 100% smooth, and closing the last app does not have that weird glitch where the homescreen bounces left and right.
- iPhone 6: App load times greatly improved. Tapping apps is almost as smooth as iOS 8 and the load-in time is really quick compared to beta 2.
- Improved performance on iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and first gen iPad mini. Apps launch faster and Spotlight doesn't lag anymore.
- 60 fps now in Multitasking area on A5 processor.
