Can't see any changes in this beta. What issues are you having?
Honestly I dont know where to start from...
- For You section sometimes fail to load
- Sometimes it takes a while to start playing a song (even when I have 25mbit wifi connection).
- Viewing search results has issues.

To name a few... I had none these issues with Spotify.

I just tried Night Shift and turning on LPM on Beta 3 (iPhone 5s). On my device, Night Shift stayed on.

Is the News app available in new countries—specifically Mexico? Thanks in advance.

Can someone please check if scrolling on the iPad Mini 4 is choppy like in 9.2.1 or smooth?

Anyone has a problem with the Apple Watch not displaying notifications on this beta? Mine is iPhone 6S Plus running iOS 9.3 beta 3 and Apple Watch running watchOS 2.1 and the notification doesn't work for me

Anyone with broken Bluetooth car connectivity? Turn by turn spoken directions and speaker phone over Bluetooth are both broken for me.

Update: Forgetting this Device and repairing in the Bluetooth settings resolved the issue.

Does plugging in headphones still launch the Music app and cue up all your music?

That's real annoying.

what bug with passcode?

ps: Can someone tell us if this problem explained here ( https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/ios-9-vs-ios-8-4-1-unresponsiveness.1942001/page-23) is resolved in this beta 4? This is the main problem for me in all iOS 9 versions. It drives me crazy.

in iphone 6 about half the time when u slide the screen nothing happened, all u see is ur background & no passcode keys, had to slide back, then slide again to get them to show up (incorrectly too).

I erased and restored my iPhone last night and had that exact problem today morning. Very curiously — and I don't know why — most of my app notifications were either turned off in Settings, or 'Show in Notification Center' was turned off and Alert Style When Unlocked was set to None.

Hope that's the same with you so that it doesn't trouble you much. If not, you could try turning Bluetooth off, restarting both the iPhone and the Watch and turn Bluetooth back on. If that doesn't help, then un-pair / re-pair (which is a five letter b-word).
