Extremely better. I can't believe this battery life right now. iOS 8 I would've been below 65%.

Battery life is fine for a daily driver now. Went out for a couple hours and some usage at home and still above 80%. Phone has not gotten warm even once.

After 4 hours of moderate use, screen at 80%ish brightness and connected to Apple Watch.... Battery down to 25% from 100%.

Still just as bad.

That's what amazes me about iOS betas all the time. Performance can vary so wildly among (sometimes same) devices.

Oh yeah absolutely. Beta 2 for iOS 8 was a huge increase in speed across the board last year. By Beta 3 and 4 things were completely usable but randomly buggy.

You're usage and standby are exactly the same as well. Unless you never took a break, I'd recommend a reboot.

The battery drain is fixed in Beta 2, however I think it is still draining quicker the iOS 8 was. Not bad though. I'd venture to say its about as stable as iOS 8.0 was back in Sept (which says a lot).

100% to 63% on standby overnight (7 hours). Not fantastic but better. iOS 8.2 would have been 93%, but something broke for me since iOS 8.3. So I'm back to iOS8.4/3 levels.

I've had installed for about an hour now and I've noticed the heat problem is gone while slushing and battery is definitely looking more stable. I'm so damn happy about it :)

Installed it last night (IST) and used it for some time. Was 100% when I went to sleep. When I woke up, it was around 97% with 6hrs of standby and 58 min of use. Much better than beta 1. The actual backup will take a few days to be apparent.

Not had the chance to use iPhone since clean install night but so far battery is holding up. No battery drain over night.

The battery performance even is better than on the iOS 8.4 betas! Also app open times are measurably improved. Plus, frame rate with games are massively improved in some cases (Threes!, Surgeon Simulator). All this on 6 Plus!

The battery life feels a little better, but using Instruments I'm still seeing the CommCenter process consuming ~100% CPU constantly. That doesn't seem good for battery life... (iPhone 6). Still drained to 55% on my morning commute, which is way lower than 8.3 or 8.4b.

I'm seeing much better battery life in Beta 2. Went to bed with 91% battery, woke up 8 hours later and its on 81%. If this was Beta 1, I would have seen it fall to at least 61% by now.
