I don't think we'll see the public beta today. I feel like iOS 9 is not ready for public usage, unless they've ironed out a lot of bugs in beta 3.

Offline downloading doesn't seem to work well in beta 2. It downloads them but I don't think it actually is.

Okay me too! Glad it's not just me. the songs play for like 4 seconds and then it just crashes or does this weird skip thing

Often it's around 10 AM US Pacific +/- 10-20 minutes (if not up to an hour even).

I know, but I'd say more often than not it's been either 11:54 or 11:55. Just saying.

Almost never? Looking back at past beta releases, the Twitter automated accounts usually tweet around 12:52-57. Rarely ever seen it after 1:00
