I just had a chat with Eddy and gave him my permission to release iOS 9 Beta 3, WatchOS 2 Beta 3 and El Capitan Preview 3 today.

Then that will mean a thread entitled "iOS 9 beta 4 expected?" will shortly follow, along with 20+ pages 'debating' it's release date.
So if it doesn't release today can we assume that this thread will explode? I'm kind of hoping it doesn't release just for the sake of entertainment value. LOL. I guarantee people will start posting screenshots of their hate emails to E-Cue.
Granted we only have 8.3 to go on but it's public beta came out with developer 3. So there is a chance.

Well we have Yosemite Public Beta as well, which IIRC launched with Developer Preview 3. I'm secretly hoping that El Capitan's public beta comes out today too so I can feel more comfortable about installing it on my main machine

This thread has already exploded, look at the number of pages it's already at. Yet this thread has gotten nowhere since the the first post. I just come here for the entertainment value of the thread tbh
Also with Yosemite PB, it came out on Thursday, after the dev beta came out on Tuesday. However, the latest OS X beta came out on the same day, so we'll see!
