iOS 9 beta 3 expected?

I'm split about going to it today if the public beta is to come. I'm in the middle of a play through of the Final Fantasy games in preparation for VII coming out this summer. Last I heard Square hasn't updated these games so they'll crash on iOS9. Granted I'll still update my iPad but I'd like to also update my phone too.

Incorrect. It's already been confirmed by 3 of Apples board members that it's going to release at 3:33 AM, not 3AM. They said they already told you 3 times but you seem to keep forgetting.

Eddie Cue's comments never relayed any information on the public beta, we're all just guessing here that it will be today. The only thing we have going is that iOS 8.3 Beta saw the release of that public beta. We also have the tradition of the third beta typically being the last one released on the 2 week cycle.

I'm not worried about the public beta. This discussion was about beta 3. That should come today based on history and Cue's comments. Tomorrow is already middle of the week. Public beta could be today or in two more weeks. I think it will be today if they've gotten it stable enough.
 
People. I really don't get what the fuss is about. Unless it doesn't come out today, there is absolutely no chance that it won't come out today.

A bit off topic, but have any of you tried to use offline apple music while on beta 2? For me the songs aren't all downloading and some that do tend to not play fully. There's a horrible skipping bug that crashes the app for me too

The inclusion of Public Beta has been mentioned as well specifically in the comment I had been quoting which is why I said what I did.
