Listening to beats1 atm, fresh but rather boring. Let's hope it gets exciting very soon.

Yeah currently playing Ambient 1: Music for Airports lmao XD
It hasn't officially launched yet. Likely just a soft launch so far just to make sure things are working properly before the actual thing happens.

I have a feeling they will be using it to guess server and bandwidth load from the go aswell. Means they can have a completely successful launch without it turning embarassing.

They said there would be an update to iOS 9 to enable Apple Music.

How stable is beta 2? I've been looking but haven't found an answer and is the battery any better than Beta 1?

I'm on Beta 2 and when I tried to play a song off of Match, it just had me agree to updated iTunes terms and conditions. I think it's going to work just fine under Beta 2 :D

Haha I know! But more than Beta 3, I want to be able to jump right in to jamming to Apple Music without having to wait for an update to install. Gimme Beta 3 tomorrow, gimme Apple Music today!

Eddy Cue said a new beta would support Apple Music...kind of insinuates that the new beta will be necessary for Apple Music

Yup, which could mean that it's needed for Apple Music to work, or it could be as simple as it updates to the new icon for the music app. Everything right now(Beats 1, new t&c, etc) points to it working fine in B2.

Judging by how small the 8.4 update is it really shouldn't be hard for a iOS 9 update purely for the music. But I get why it wouldn't be updated. It's not their fault or need to do so for betas

Before you guys go downgrading and stuff wait an hour and see. Last week iOS 9 beta 2 came out half an hour later (1:30PM EST) after Watch OS beta 2.
