They are. I hear it from time to time on Beta 2 also. It's at random times though.

I think there is still hope for iOS 9 today. No iTunes update has been put out either, but I'd expect that today, so maybe they are rolling out the updates in a staggered fashion.

I've gone this long without Apple Music.. I'm not going to be downgrading for it.

I'm happy just to see what other people are saying about it for a week or so before I take the plunge and initiate my trial regardless.

If there's no iOS 9 update released whenever iTunes is (presumably) released today, I'm downgrading to 8.4. I'll miss the updated Podcasts, Siri, and Maps, but I'll live.

Installing 8.4 on my iPhone 6. If a new beta doesn't release by tonight for iOS 9 then I'll downgrade my 6+. We'll see.

I would downgrade, but I'm on Watch OS 2 which requires iOS 9.
