I'm sure they're staggering releases. We're also expecting a new Apple Watch update for Apple Music as well as an iTunes update and it since people already knew the time that 8.4 would be released it would have slowed their servers to a halt if they put out 5 separate updates at the same time.

iTunes should've been launched at the same time as 8.4. I'm seeing music I've added via Apple Music appear as normal iCloud download type tracks in 12.1 only totally inaccessible.

Would releasing 8.4 and 9 beta 3 at the same time hit the servers any worse then releasing 9 to the public.... Nope

Doesn't for me. They said July, so it might come in the public beta.

No it doesn't. I have my iPhone 6 on 8.4 running Apple Music sitting right next to my iPhone 6+ on 9 beta 2. The 6+ is only getting Beats 1.
