iPhone 6 Plus here.

I have been testing on Low Power Mode straight from 100%. So far so good. I played a game (shown as the most used battery) from 100% and when I was done it said 86% I believe. I'm actually surprised Kakaotalk has been running in background so long... (It's a messenger app like Whatsapp, commonly used in South Korea)

As for glitches, had some issues. After taking a call my keyboard wouldn't make popping noises anymore. Had to mute and unmute numerous times to fix. Sometimes when I press the home button, the home screen shows up (as expected) but then freezes for a short time. Search on the left side is a complete blank, but I don't use Search feature anyway so it's not a dealbreaker. I'm a regular user who just received the public beta yesterday.

Working fine so far on my iPad air 2. Multitasking is great and keyboard shortcuts are really really handy! Search is a bit of a mystery to me... At the moment it's not doing anything I can't do with spotlight, but maybe that's due to the fact that I'm the U.K. and at the moment it's US only? (If any of you UK users manage to get it working, let me know".
I'll try it a few more days on the iPad before deciding wether or not to take the plunge in the iPhone only because I can easily live with the risk of running early beta software on my iPad or Mac, but not on my phone.
(That said, El Cap seems surprisingly solid in terms of stability).

I'm in the exact same situation as you. Actually currently using Safari on slide-over. And with the search thing, I originally had nothing on that page except for the search bar, same as you, but then I went to settings, spotlight, turned off Siri suggestions, then turned it back on and everything, including news articles, came up. And yes, UK as well.

I installed the Public Beta of iOS9 on my 5S that was getting about 7 hours of battery life at best on iOS8 and for some reason I can't explain my battery life is amazing. Maybe I had a bad setting that the update reset, but suddenly my phone has actual battery life again. It's noon here and I'm at 89%!

Hmm, weird. I've done just that, rebooted and the maximum I can get out of it, when it works is sort of a spotlight suggestion. But even those aren't working properly. It's only searching locally instead of searching the web

Probably won't work, but do what I said again, then try pulling down from the top. I'm pretty sure that's how I did it.

Yep, been doing all that. Just doesn't want to work :)
Not a single Internet search based result either with Siri Search or Spotlight. Only local results. I've submitted feedback already

Oh well. Then all I can tell you now is that it isn't really that amazing.

But I use spotlight search quite a lot for quick web searches and Wikipedia articles and that's gone as well. Beta. To be expected. I've read that it just randomly started working for some people so I'll give it a day or two. I really like the rest of the OS, though.

Oh ok. Does the pull-down search work?

If we talking about Battery life on Beta 3 - it's bad. Compare to Beta 2 - really bad.
iPhone 5s:
Beta 1 - was terrible
Beta 2 - awesome battery life
Beta 3 - naaaah.... 30-40% better than Beta 1 in usage. In standby it's good as on beta 2.

So im a little bit disapointed about beta 3.
Guys, maybe Public beta 1 can be better? Or they are the same?
And what can you say about ios 8.4 battery? Is it better then on ios 9 beta 3?

Looks good to me.

26% Apple Music
22% RunKeeper (70mins of background location)
9% 3D game
Etc.

Really good on my Air 2. MacRumors is currently up on the slide-over tab, that's where I'm typing from, and it's really awesome.
But on topic, performance is great, and battery life is also much better than expected. I've been using my iPad for 21 minutes off charge and it still shows 100%. Earlier today I was on it for about 1 and a half to 2 hours, and by the end of it I was on 93%
Performance? Bugs out of the way, performance seems just about the same.

Still looking good? Any updates? I'm very tempted to install the public beta on my Air 2.

No change of mind here. Only bugs that I really notice are misalignments. For example, in mail, the top bar sometimes blocks part of the top email. And the search bar is at the very top of the screen instead of a bit lower sometimes. So small things, but the new features absolutely make up for it. So yes, definitely go for it.
Sent with my iPad Air 2 with slide-over.

EDIT: Battery doesn't last me the day, but I'm pretty sure that's only because I'm using it so much.
Where I am at the moment
