I don't know there a reputable tech blog site. I'm not going back and forth with you but I will tell you if they post something it means something. If you do no one cares. That's the difference. Catch my drift?
 
Ok, i have a good feeling about this. Cap beta 3 out, we might get it this week (maybe not today).

If the "serious bug" on iOS 9, as reported by BGR is right, then maybe they didn't have enough time to fix it. Thus releasing only El Capitain.
We can only wish.

Yeah, just like the rest, most of the time they are just guessing.
