It's out, or in the process at least. The developer notes are being updated as we speak as the "Beta 2" at the top now says "Beta" waiting for the number change, and all references to "fixed in Beta 2 are now gone"

No OTA yet, usually takes a bit of time.

That leaked build number from earlier was off by a letter. Official release is 'f' not 'g'

"g" could be a public beta. I think they are usually like one letter off. (That is if that leaked build number is real)

neither El Capitan DP3 nor iOS 9 beta 3 is available for me...

if you're doing OTA on ios it takes a while sometimes 30 minutes. It is directly on the site though if you want to download that way.
