No, there's no way. Your country is on your Apple ID and it will only be given to people of the right country.

Guys this also solves the is Wednesday "early in the week" discussion. I guess Eddy goes by a week starting on Mondays not Sundays.

This doesn't prove anything. He may have thought it was going to be released on monday or tuesday at the latest and there was an unexpected delay. He probably didn't honestly think that people would analyse a rough estimate on when the update would be released and he probably had been told "early next week" himself.

Not everyone has access to the developers portal, is my guess.

Well I'm not home, at work at the moment and I rather not wait until I get home. Plus downloading the whole thing is way bigger than just OTA, which is a delta update.
