Not yet. I have tried pairing a bunch of times. I've waited a while between each attempt, rebooted phone and watch, etc. I guess we're stuck until they resolve their server issues.

Was there a full ISPW released for beta 3 or is it OTA update only? I don't see nothing for links anywhere regarding a full download on any sites or even torrent sites. Usually within a half hour or so they start popping up. All i am seeing beta 3 for is ipad

Yep, it's available OTA and the dev site. We're not allowed to talk about / link to 3rd party download sites.

Known Issues

  • Pairing iOS 9 beta 3 with watchOS 2 beta 1 or 2 requires you to sign out of your AppleID in Messages prior to pairing and to skip iCloud sign-in during pairing. Pairing with watchOS 2 beta 3 and WatchOS 1 is not impacted.

I can verify this does fix the issue. Watch is still syncing so I am not sure how to sign back in to iCloud once the watch is good to go, but I would assume it's pretty easy

UGH! In my panic'd reread through the release notes, like the 7th re-read, I still hadn't caught this. Even after I said to myself, "But I thought I saw something about pairing and iCloud..."

Thanks.

Still having an issue with OTA. Have not been able to update as of yet. Have tried rebooting, have never had a public beta. Any thoughts?

Same here, my iPad has got it.... But my iPhone 6 just keeps saying it has the latest build (beta 2)

Rebooted several times.

Might have to get it via the dev account but it'll probably show up for you soon.

Did you try to turn wifi off-reboot-wifi on?

Try signing out and back in to iCloud if that doesn't work. Strange I know but it worked for me once during an iOS 8 beta update.

Sorry, I don´t understand the procedure....
- I installed the iOS 9 Beta 3 on my iPhone 6 ...
- then on iPhone 6 i loaded the newest Watch OS Configuration file (from today!! 8th July)
- trying to pair iPhone 6 and Watch causes the "Server Login not possible"-Problem

I´m from Austria ... where must I sign out of the Apple ID ??
Can you describe (in english) step by step what I must do to pair iPhone and Watch successfully ?
Thanks!!

Update 22:57
- I signed out with my Apple-id in...
...iMessage
...Facetime
...iCloud
Now Pairing iPhone/Watch seems to work....
