Do the standard headphones not have this "feature" then? You need an Apple qualified earphone to activate proactive of music playback. Such as that super expensive beats headphone.

Such as that super expensive beats headphone.
Do the standard headphones not have this "feature" then?
But this is to be expected with the Air 2 because it's a powerhouse.
I think headphone should send iPhone some information telling phone "user will listen to music.". But since mac can automatically distinguish if earpod has been plugged in and disable speaker, I think this should not be a tough problem. Maybe, it needs hardware support.Do the standard headphones not have this "feature" then?
Beats headphone cannot provide the sound I wish so this headphone is useless for me.Which are definitely worth every penny, IMHO.
So that should be the thing. This answer I got from the apple dev Forum ......

He's just following the bandwagon that Beats headphones are awful and are overpriced. It's funny how the Internet provides almost an endless supply of product reviews and yet people still get it wrong. The sound you wish? Please explain.
Uh, maybe I over mention it. This is part of my analysis, part of a post I have seen weeks ago.Do you have a source for this? I have Beats headphones and they don't automatically trigger playback - I don't think the feature has been turned on yet, and the OS can sense when ANY 3.5mm jack is plugged in or unplugged (aux, 99p earbuds, £499 cans) - has been able to since iOS1.0.
This is a very subject question and what I hear is not what you hear. The sound you wish? Please explain.
I have tried using it in apple store so I have confident to say I think it is useless. He's just following the bandwagon that Beats headphones are awful and are overpriced. It's funny how the Internet provides almost an endless supply of product reviews and yet people still get it wrong.
What I hear is not exactly what you hear. I bet you understand.
Has Apple ever released an iOS beta update on a Wednesday? I'm trying to keep my hopes up for today, but I think at this point it's more likely to be out next Tuesday.
I hope that is sarcasm.Which are definitely worth every penny, IMHO.
Yes. Someone posted a chart somewhere.... Basically historically it's been every day of the week except Sunday.
Yes, I think this chart was posted in the second thread that was started, towards the end, but I may be wrong about exactly where it was posted.Yes. Someone posted a chart somewhere.... Basically historically it's been every day of the week except Sunday.

But I tried apple music on 8.4 for a while and I really enjoyed it. So, I really hope b3 includes apple music and is just as stable as beta 2.
ok, so there's still hope then.
If it doesn't drop today, gonna have to switch back to 8.4 again. what sucks is that due to an iCloud back up bug, I havent been able to delete any iCloud backups and it says I'm out of storage. So, everytime I go from 8.4 to 9 and back I have to start from scratch, which sucks.
