But seriously, i'd say tomorrow. They seem to have shifted to Tuesday's as beta release day for some reason.

Going off past iOS Public Beta (8.3 and 8.4) we should see Public Beta 2 along side Developer Preview 4. (And PB 3 along side DP 5. And so on till the end.)

I for one am excited about tomorrow. Beta 3 has been terrible! I don't understand how people put the battery life on par with 8.4 lol. Placebo effect at its finest. My biggest gripe is the Verizon connectivity...No LTE, slow wi-fi again, horrid 10 hour battery life again. It's getting there, but I would rather go back to stock 8.4 and use my 2.0 Watch as a $600 timepiece if 4 is as bad as 3.
