You always have people that do not notice the obvious. I just think you can't complain about beta software.
Your comment can hardly be viewed as a review, neither can mine.

Didn't realise there was an Adguard TestFlight setup.

I've been having a problem recently with Adguard where occasionally I'll have to swipe back 3 or 4 times to actually get back a page rather than it just reloading the current one. I've tested it with Purify instead and without any Content Blocker and I can't replicate it so I'm fairly sure it's related to Adguard. It doesn't happen all the time though, and forcing Safari closed seems to sort it for a while at least.

Came across adblocker for apps and games https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/adblocker-for-apps-games-ad/id1009393557?mt=8 which works very well however I am dubious about it working in the future as the app was last updated Nov 15 and paying out money for an app which is not updated regularly is not something I would normally do.

The 1 star reviews don't bother me as it's working how adblock with vpn should work but onto my dilemma.

1) Do I wait to see if adblock with vpn ever gets fixed (at the moment it's not useable)
https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/adblock/id691121579?mt=8
2) Do I purchase adblocker for apps and games and hope it works for every iOS update
3) Do I do neither as ads are awesome!

Purchasing the app does not bother me it's the support of the app for future developments which I am questioning.

This app is also not working properly on iOS 9.3.x so that's answered my question.

So, what is the consensus on the best ad blocker now? I have purify, but don't think it is working as well now, as it used too.

I'm using Adguard and it's working great. I have noticed that, unlike some content blockers, Adguard filter updates are still available on an almost daily basis - I check this daily.

Everyone has different ones that work for them.

Quite true, but usually there is some consensus of which ones are best, as not all work well, which is why I asked my question. Purify was one of the good ones and I don't think it works as well anymore. There are way too many of them to try them all.

Agreed, to many to try but I switched to adguard simply because it works the same as the others have but the developer updates the block list almost everyday unlike the others which haven't been updated in weeks.

It could be.

I have english, russian, spyware, social media, mobile ads and Safari filters enabled.
I have the following filters enabled: english, spyware, social media, mobile ads, Safari. The only difference between us is the Russian filter. I'm wondering what happens on your end if you disable the Russian filter.
