Why does mine show Version Number 13A341? On the screenshots here all you have is ...40?!... I used to have the PB but downloaded the GM from the Dev Center and installed it... Also: Now when I go to software update it shows me iOS 9 PB 3 is ready to download... WTF?!?

Those new dynamic wallpapers are for 6S and 6S+ only. Not showing up on my 6+ at all.

Yes, even without Pb, every single iPhone out there can install a GM without their UDID registered.

So what everyone seems to be saying is, iOS 9 GM is still laggy and sputtery and that 8.4 is still faster? So where are these magical performance upgrades? Why did Apple even stop at beta 5 weeks before the GM, might as well of kept going to get these bugs sorted. Now I'm sure many users will be hanging on till 9.3 or 9.4.

The download speed is all over the place but should get better as more people seed. In the meantime, mine will be downloaded just in time for iOS 11....
