My 6+ rotates to landscape but never returns to portrait mode unless I lock and unlock it.
Rotation when rotation lock is active in Assistive touch doesn't work at all. I used to use this to force the device to landscape when using it as a navigation device on my motorbike.

I had this issue even with iOS 8.4 and 8.4.1. I would pick up my 6+ and it would be in landscape mode. I would have to lock and position it right then unlock.

ITunes Home sharing bug:

You need at least one song local on your iDevice, otherwise you cannot see the home share.

Once you have installed that song, it works well.

Restore to GM has been glitchy on my iPhone 6. Reduce motion enabled, Bluetooth off are the main adjustments to my settings.

iOS 9 shows promise, though. It's very responsive in many places and terribly laggy in others. I feel like this will be a great OS once everything gets ironed out. For now, 8.4.1 is the way to go.

Safari is very snappy, ironically. Clicking on drops down and context menus seem to draw much faster than on iOS 8.

Going back to the home screen within apps can lag. It's quite noticeable and is the main reason I would stay on iOS 8 for the time being.

Anyone having issues starting any radio station in Apple Music? I am receiving the "Unable to Start Station" in iOS 9 GM.

Tried signing in/out of iTunes, Reset Network Settings, Reboot Device.

Are third party keyboards working again? I could not get swype working a few beta's ago and ran away until it was fixed.
I can't speak for swype, but Swiftkey is working quite well, perhaps a tiny bit better than with ios 8

Finally my phones working perfect.... Back on 8.4.1 battery lasting longer than 50 mins no issues. Music plays without cutting off for few seconds. Il be staying put until I hear iOS 9 is working proper.

Will be watching next week for the uproar to come with regards to issues that are happening. No way is it ready for mass release

When I open the Smart Cover on an iPad Air (1) with iOS 9 GM the passcode unlock screen does not appear, I have to swipe right to make it appear. On iOS 8 this was happening automatically, is anyone else experiencing this issue? I tried restarting the iPad, disabling and setting the passcode etcetera, but this doesn't fix it. I also hear only a very small part of the "locking" sound when closing the Smart Cover sometimes, like it's only playing the first 20% or something.

Overall I'm not really sure how I feel about iOS 9, sometimes it seems faster on my iPad Air and iPhone 6 and sometimes slower and more laggy. I'm a bit disappointed after all the promises of better performance, although the battery life seems to be the same or a bit better. It's strange that they did manage to make a huge improvement performance-wise with El Capitan (It's so much faster and smoother than Yosemite on my 2012 MacBook Air) but not with iOS 9, at least not in the current GM.

I was running iOS 9 PB3 on my 6 Plus, I removed the beta profile and restored from the iOS 9 GM IPSW, and yet my Settings app shows a notification as if there is an update available now. When I check for updates there are none (which there shouldn't be either), however soft/hard reset does not remove the notification on the Settings app.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes I am dealing with this on my iPad mini. Notification won't go away.

Unless Apple addresses this, the only thing you can really do is grab the 9.1 beta which is rock solid, or wait until the OTA GM is released. This must have been an oversight by someone, somewhere.

They shouldn't call this GM, judging from the quality this is just beta 6
That is the perfect way to describe this release. I've already experienced 2 random reboots today and the email searching is terrible. I've noticed notifications on both the phone and apple watch work randomly too.

Can't believe I am saying this but my Galaxy S6 Edge is much smoother than my iPhone 6!

I updated to GM and removed the beta profile but still getting this. Anyone else having this issue. On an iPad Air 2 cellular. Oddly enough on my iPhone 6 I am not getting this.

From what I understand this happens IF you install the GM before removing the beta profile. If you remove the beta profile first, you're good. I fixed my iPhone 6 Plus by reinstalling the "update" (beta 3) and then doing the GM update again.

Do you think once the public release happens on Wednesday it will go away?
