Who the **** would ever upgrade just to habe animated wallpapers?
I can't agree more!

It's not like they are gonna mention the 2GB RAM because they don't want to hurt the feelings of apple apologists who claim 1GB is enough.
As an example, iOS 9 GM might have Force Touch settings.
Yea except not everything works. Not when my 6 plus can't even keep 2 apps or more than 3 safari tabs in suspended state without constant refreshingThey will as they always do not mention how much RAM is in there because nobody cares anymore as long as everything works.
Yes. We figured that a few posts back, keep up.Which nobody will see, unless they have a 6S.

You say that as though animated wallpapers is the only new feature of the iPhone 6S.
It's not that anyone doesn't care, it's just that they don't mention those type of numbers. They will as they always do not mention how much RAM is in there because nobody cares anymore as long as everything works.

Like Force Touch isn't going to be called Force Touch, someone found code and thinks it will be named Deep Press for the upcoming iPhones. That's not exactly true... people dig through the SDKs trying to find changes all the time for unreleased hardware. All it takes is a code comment or new reference/api somewhere to "verify" a leak and suddenly Apple's secrets are out of the bag before anyone has the hardware.
Internally (as in within an SDK) it can be called something other than by its commercialized (basically marketing) name.Like Force Touch isn't going to be called Force Touch, someone found code and thinks it will be named Deep Press for the upcoming iPhones.

That doesn't mean that RAM will be mentioned, and that's assuming that that feature even comes to the iPhone to begin with.RAM will be mention because one key feature that will be exclusive to these new phones is split screen multitasking like the iPad Air 2.

Doubt it would be Deep Press. That would be like Touch ID being called Finger Pattern Identifier

In the past Apple has never discussed RAM. I believe it was iFixit.Didn't they mention 2GB RAM for the iPad Air 2 on release or was that iFix It that did it for them after a tear down?
I agree... They NEVER mention ram. Its more: The iPhone 6S is up to twice as fast as the last generation, sort of stuff.
Interesting. I wonder what, if anything, is up - on a Sunday...?
Sunday and close of September 9 it will be really surprising if a new beta is released today...Probably just routine maintenance.
