No. Sorry. Apple needs to push more sales.
The iPad Mini will be supported because it is shipping right now but no go on the 4s.

Longer product lifespans push more sales as well. If someone still has a 4s, it's probably for a reason.No. Sorry. Apple needs to push more sales.

Absolutely not.Ios 9 wont be compatible with 4s..Iphone 5 will get., but possibly IOS 9 will be the last for Iphone 5.[/QUOTE_-]
Yes iOS 9 will be available for 4s im pretty sure bc they say iOS 9 will be mostly under the hood improvements and stability for older devices. iPhone 4s and up will recieve the update. But this will probably be the last update for iPhone 4s.
THERE IS NO NEED TO UPDATE A 4 YEAR MOBILE DEVICE!!!!!! ALL APPLE DEVICES LIKE THE ORIGINAL IPAD AND IPHONE 4 ENDED SLOW ON THEIR LAST IOS VERSION, THE SAME APPLY FOR I4S AND IPAD 2

It would simply mean you guessed right with a 50/50 chance essentially.ios 9 WILL NOT drop compatibility with iPhone 4S or iPad 2. Bookmark this if you want. I will be right.

I didnt get what u said, 4s will get IOS 9The iPhone 4s is listed as a download for iOS 9. But, that doesn't mean the final will get it.
What? If it lists that it supports it, then it will be getting it.The iPhone 4s is listed as a download for iOS 9. But, that doesn't mean the final will get it.

Fairly certain that if it was listed in the WWDC slides about iOS 9 in general (not about beta specifically) and appears at Apple's own iOS 9 web site at http://www.apple.com/ios/ios9-preview/ (aimed at the public and not specifically about the beta) it would be a pretty big screw up on their part to not release the final version for the listed devices. It's pre-release software. There is no guarantee that it will be in the public release. Yes, good chance ... but by no means 100%.
