I'm trying to be patient but I'm kinda excited.

okay lets see

iOS 8.3 public beta launch (according to my email was at 1:59 Cupertino time.) Now the emails could have just been sent out hours after the release (since I can't remember that far back on if I had it already installed in the morning before getting the email) or if that email time is also roughy when it was actually pushed out for PB.

I saw an article that said it should launch about 2PM EST so any time now according to that it should be live. But we'll see.

Okay this is the first time I'm actually considering a public beta. What should I be on the look out for? Are there any risks? i'm a noob in this, be nice please :)
No risks, just some bugs functionality-wise and UI-wise. May not be the battery life you're used to.

Create a physical backup through iTunes before you install, and if you're on a mac, be sure to archive the backup beforehand so you don't accidentally overwrite it at a later date.

THERE WILL BE BUGS. So do your best to report them through the built in Feedback Assistant app.

Thats basically it!

how do you update the betas when a new on is released , over the air or you have to connect to itunes?

As time is moving forward I'm wondering if the article I read had a typo and it is 2PM PST if that's the case won't do anything till I'm home. Which may not be a bad thing.

I wonder if this will play nicely with the Apple Watch still on watchOS 1.01.

Anyone using iOS 9 beta 3 with just the stock watchOS firmware (not watchOS2 beta)?

It should be out now, but not getting anything in software update yet.

Just installed the profile on my iPad restarting now.

Edit: Profile installed got the option to update PB1. Downloading it now.
