iOS 9 Public Beta release date?

The public betas have always been the same builds as developers for iOS.
Not yet but should today as it was confirmed by various sites.
I'm sure it will, the developer betas seem to have worked with the watch so I don't see why this wouldn't. Unfortunately I doubt we'll have access to WatchOS2 though.
Build number will either be identical or be one letter off at the end (to distinguish DP vs PB) and most certainly won't have differences in the build itself was from DP3. (Providing it's out today)
How do we know if we got into the public beta? I have been in the OS X public betas since last summer, but was not selected for the iOS 8.x betas.
I thought u just sign into the PB site and go to "enroll your devices"? I guess this doesn't work for everyone who signs up.
I'm pretty sure both iOS 9 and El Capitan betas are going to be available for anyone that wants to download them
You will get an email from Apple directing you to the public beta program site, log in and enroll your device to install the profile.
If beta 3 ends up being the same build as the public beta, i think it's a bad move. Lots of people won't get that it's a beta and just flood social media with things like iOS 9 sucks, etc.

iOS PB builds have always been the same as DP. Same goes for OS X public beta builds.
If people can't grasp the concept of it is still in development and won't run perfectly or get into hissy fits over bugs then they shouldn't even be installing it.
It can't get worse than 8.4 for me. My battery life goes down even when the phone is charging.
How do we know 30 minutes as opposed to any time now or like later in the day?
Also if it's like the 8.3Beta is it possible to download directly to the device or do I need to be hooked up to the computer?
