Engadget says it'll be another hour for El Capitan, I can't imagine iOS being any different. So the wait continues.

Guys, what's all the excitement about? Beta 3 has been buggy and disappointing for most and I'm pretty sure the Public Beta is just going to be a copy of Beta 3 at this stage.

As someone with an extra iPhone, who isn't a developer and hasn't paid the $99 fee, and wants to use iOS 9 no matter how buggy, I'm excited. I have nothing to lose.

Well my plans are simple I'll download the Beta and use it on my iPad Air2 and for now keep my phone as is at least for now. I may update in the next few days but we'll see.

Don't know if I want to use these betas. 10.11 Safari is very buggy. iOS 9 screws up calling for me (when I press on a contact to call everything freezes), battery life is worse than beta 2, much worse. Not being able take photos with volume buttons :|

This beta broke too many many things.

My plans too. See how it goes on my iPad Air 1 and probably update my 5s later

Actually here's a question and this is for the people who did the Public beta for 8.3 how many devices can you put it on? Like will I be limited to 1 or can I put it on 2. Provided both are on the same account.

Ever order the hottest wings on the menu? Hurts a bit and you knew that but you still did it because why not.

I'm interested in knowing if the public beta build = beta 3 build (which sucks).

If it's a different build, then i might check it out. But beta 3 was so buggy it made me revert to 8.4.

I did the public beta for 8.4. Signed into the public beta page and downloaded the profile on both. Worked fine.

I put it on just my iPod, because I wasn't sure how well it would run and only wanted to mess up one device if anything happened.

Personally, I think betas are fun (I do some video game betas from time to time) regardless of bugs. Sometimes those bugs are hilarious. It's the experience I enjoy of going through all the stages of development.

Well for me, it's also since I'm doing a play through of the Final Fantasy series and they don't currently play on iOS 9. I've also got a mini which will definitely stay on 8.4 so I can still play these games just in case.
