iOS 9 Public Beta release date?

Only a little less than two hours left now (hopefully)...

The public beta site was down when i just looked. "we'll be back"

Honestly, I hope Apple doesn't do the Public Beta until dev beta 4. What was released yesterday is pretty buggy and we would have tons and tons of threads complaining about how Apple is doomed because of their buggy software, blah blah blah.

Well, it's now only about five hours or so until we see if the PB is released today. And, historically, this is the day of the week when Apple PBs have been released...

I wouldn't get too excited. If it's the same build as Beta 3 it's a bit of a mess with some big bugs- check the Beta 3 issues thread. I would be surprised if they released a public beta with this build and not wait until the next; Beta 3 would be a poor showing to the public.
