Maybe so. I'm going to tell myself no so that I'm not looking for it. Same thing I have to do with packages shipping to me.

Well, as for timing, I think in either the first iOS 9b2 thread or the second one, one guy said his download e-mail came in around 2:59 PM (either CDT or EST, can't remember which), so that gives us a reasonable waiting point for the PB either today or tomorrow.
I just read this post at 2:59 PM. Lol.

That Macrumor thread is only 46mins old. It's not talking about the sign up page that has said "coming soon" since many weeks now. The change in the support document is what it talks about. It mentions public beta now.
So, since it says that the support document is for the public betas, than we can assume they are coming today or tomorrow, not with beta 4?

Seems the case, yes. I can't even tell you how happy I am. Let's hope it does mean 'soon' as in today or tomorrow, and not a week or something.
YAAAAAAYYY!!! Will be awesome to finally get the betas. Hoping for a release today, but tomorrow would be great too!

I still can't quite get my head around how the public betas work. I signed up from day one since it was introduced on OSX. I Seem to get invites early and am currently running iOS 9 public beta 2 according to my devices.

If I remember right, you received an apple seed. Which is not the same as public.
Ah I see. No idea what the difference is but it seems I also get the betas early. To be honest though some people are better off waiting. I do sub,it a lot of feedback!

Well, now it's only about 1 hour to the time I have predicted for the launch of the public beta (if it's coming today, that is). I still have got my hopes up for it being released today...

That would be sweet. But I think tomorrow might be more likely if it's this week at all. I know you're basing the timeframe off my email from the iOS Public Beta launch of 8.3. But also remember it was a Thursday and every launch of a Public Beta Program has fallen on a Thursday, minus all new builds and new versions. (10.10.x and 8.x) And by "launch" I mean the initial start when "invites" and access went out.
