Also seeing 2160p60 on my iPad Pro 11" 2018 & 2160p60 HDR on my iPhone 11 Pro Max here, wasn't there when I checked after updating to iOS 14.2 beta 3, so the switch was flicked on the server in the last 12 hours or so....

4K works on my iPad Air 3. It’s even a default choice. Only on YouTube app though. In Safari the same video will play in 1080p.

Is there any chance to enable Youtube 4k on the iPad Pro 10.5 (2017)?

It works on my iPhone XS and with developer settings on MBP 2016.

for the first sentence no

also beg google to enable 4K HDR For YT App for iPP 10.5. It’s so dumb how this device doesn’t have these options (when A10X can easily support decoding 4K60) and the device also has a HDR Screen unlike iPhone XR/11/SE2 which supports 4K60 YT with HDR too

Is my iPad 7 simply not powerful enough to play YouTube 4K? Never seen 2160p in Safari or in the app on it.

I don’t understand which ipads support 4k and which ones don’t and why. Mine is limited to 1080p and it’s a shame.
