iPhone IOS7 JB Cydia-List of confirmed working tweaks/mods

If i install some tweak that relies on MS, respring/restart the phone and then reinstall the MS, everything like tweak having its own settings under SETTINGS menu and actual working of tweak will work fine right ?
Only and only if i again respring/restart phone i will have to reinstall MS to make things working again ?

Asking because i do not really restart my phone too often after i am done installing the tweaks i want.

Add parrotgeek.net/repo and install MS fix. It works perfectly!

Transparent Dock did not work for me on my iPhone 4, but an app called Transparentdock, which is for IOS 7+, did work wonderfully. Of course, I updated Mobile Substrate first.

By the way, since Saurik confirms that Winterboard works, has anyone found any themes that work with it?

I am using the iOS6 Theme (iOS7) and it works well.

If so I might take the plunge into iOS 7 land today. Although to be honest I am a little nervous. My iPhone 5 is perfectly happy on 6.1.2 lol minus a few app upgrade issues and being a little envious of all these neat looking tweaks coming out in Cydia! But it appears as if all major issues are worked out now that Cydia substrate has been released so I guess it's now or never. And dietbulletin is the last of the tweaks I currently have that nobody has mentioned compatibility for yet, or I have simply missed it.

With the new updated cydia substrate (mobile substrate), you don't need to reinstall MS anymore

Normal Bigify changes icon sizes. It was updated for iOS 7. Doesn't work great. Icons seem to want to go back to normal size after a while.

Normal Bigify affects the dock even if you choose it to not affect the dock. So that is a little bug with it. I haven't tried Iconoclasm yet, but @iconoclasm_ says it works for iOS 7 32bit.

I tried springtomize on my 5s and it loaded up just fine but not 1 thing would work. Could even respring from within the app... I'd imagine that is gonna take a hell a lot of work since it covers so many tweaks...
